      Will never deal with them nor recommend them ever again!! They sold me a car that would not pass inspection. Theres been one miscommunication after the other. The service manager is absolutely ridiculous. I have had to get corporate Hyundai involved and they are shaking their heads and cannot get a return call and they are escalating this issue up to the area manager. When I purchased the vehicle, within 24 hours, I noticed the air conditioning was not working on the driver side. The service manager was condescending and told me that that was normal on hot days and that his car does the same thing and was adamant that there was most likely nothing wrong because his car does it too. They were supposed to provide me with a key fob and an inspection sticker. I made an appointment to have both done. I got there and there was no key fob. They told me they had no idea what I was talking about. The Service manager still kept telling me that there was probably nothing wrong with the air conditioning because his car does the same thing. Three hours later, the car did not pass inspection because the windshield was nicked and there was an issue with the air conditioning. Surprise surprise. I was told I needed to make an appointment to come back. I received a call back from the service department, letting me know everything was all set. I drove an hour down there waited for four hours only to find out that they didnt replace the windshield because the guy was on vacation and they had no idea how this miscommunication happened. The service manager was extremely rude and told me theres nothing he can do and to go talk to the sales manager. The sales manager then told me that they could try and have a local Key dealership inspect my car and replace the windshield. I waited two weeks and heard nothing back. Corporate was trying to reach them and they heard nothing back. I finally called today and now they want me to set up two separate appointments for my window and inspection!

      Thank you for the honest feedback. While it's not how we want our customers to feel, it's important we know what we can improve on. We apologize for the inconvenience but please understand that we work with professional glass installation companies to handle windshields and sometimes their schedule doesn't line up with our hours of operation. We'll be sure to get these items handled and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

      Hi Again, the reason why im sending this email is because i received a call from Gary P*****, Gary called me asking me if he can do something for me and after that he started to talk about the video telling me that he saw the video, that Arthur ** handled the situation better than him that he would do diferent and the told me that everything that AJ did was right and Gary started telling me to remove the reviews that left and the video demanding to take it down, telling me that there are laws in NH and that i violated it wich is not true, is clear that Gary did not saw the entire video he tried to manipulate and intimidate me with this, and tried to make me believe that hyundai at first was going to cover the transmission but becuse of my behavior is not longer to do it he also asked me to pick up my car demanding to remove it from his lot in a humilliate way wich i did, and honestly i don't know how these people get this job with this poor customer service, Gary told me that he is a manager but in the hyundai's website he is a service director and the worst is there was no a single apology for 1 keeping my car for over month 2 not communicating anything i have to be calling 3 giving me my car with 2 mayor issues the transmission that wasn't like that And the ECU model the computer of the car doesn't respond. 4 Lied saying that i twoed my car there because it was stop when i actually drove the car there and accusing me of aggressive and unruly, just lying This How disgusting my experience was with this place people feed up with ego and very disrespectful but anyways unfortunately IM NOT REMOVING ANYTHING....

      I took my car there for service nad aked to the advisor mr Dan to check my car and let me know what was the issue, so after they check the car he never told me what was the issue he just told me that the car need a GDI service and a transmission fluid to be change and i asked him 3 times will this fix the issue of the car he told me yes, when i pick up the car mr Dan told me that everything was good and when i start my car i quickly realize that it had the same issue and i wasn't fix and i went back in and asked him and he told me that the transmission was reset and that i had to drive about a week so i did that and the car still had the same issue i knew i was not gonna fix it and i went to a technician that i know for many many years and he lift up my car and show me that my car was leaking transmission fluid and on top of that he showed me that the transmission plug has no signs of being remove it was clear that no one drained the transmission fluid so i called mr Dan and told him what was going on and he told me to bring my car in and i told him that i was not happy and after that he told me they had nothing to do with the issue that the car was leaking engine oil when actually was transmission fluid that i saw with my eyes obviously it was not a great experience i just want to be careful and i hope that my review helps other to not fall on this situation because i paid for a service and i was not done and from this point i lost my trust on this business i don't think that hyundai wants this kind of stuff i don't think they want to look this way.

      I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon Night from this dealership on April 22, 2022. On July 21, 2022 I took the car in for a routine, complementary oil change. It was during that time I was called into the back area and told that my car had "severe" damage. I was accused of hitting something so incredibly hard that there is a piece of the heat shield missing, the screws are sheered off and the bracket connecting the transmission/engine together is also missing. The General Sales Manager, David F******, was extremely condescending. He basically called me a liar by telling me that the car absolutely did not leave the lot in that condition and that I did in fact hit something. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. David proceeded to tell me that the mechanic heard a noise in the engine and asked me to go for a ride with the mechanic so I can hear this said noise, there was NO noise during this ride. During this ride, the mechanic asked me when I noticed that there was damage to my car and when I noticed the car acting different. I told him that I did not know there was any damage to my car, and it was not acting weird at all. It was running the same way from when I purchased the car. I waited around after the ride with the mechanic to speak to David F****** again and he ignored me and told the parts employee that he was not going to speak to me again. It was then that I reached out to the General Manager, Armando, to discuss my options. He explained to me that they have a strict CPO policy and since my car was certified, there was no way that the vehicle left the lot in that condition. Again, I stressed that I DID NOT do this damage to my car. Since then, I have had my insurance take a look and the mechanic that is working on it said I need a whole new transmission. There is no way I could have done this damage and not know about it. I am at a loss as to how I was treated and how no one is willing to take responsibility.

      Took my vehicle to the dealership to have my windshields repaired as while I was driving the wipers started to malfunction. The service rep looked at the situation and I was told that the part would be ordered and escalated as it was a safety issue. Fast forward to almost three weeks later no resolution. The service director calls me and informs me that they can not help me. I asked why they could not take the part off a vehicle they had on the lot and when the part came in replace it on that vehicle, I was informed that he would not do that, he would rather sell a truck then make sure that my vehicle had the safety features it requires. I live in a state in which it snows and rains quit a bit and it is snow and rain season. I was appalled at the service I received, I was also informed that he did not want my business and to go else where. I'm not giving you my business I am here for a safety issue. I will never refer anyone to this location and be sure that everyone knows of the type of customer service you will receive. Your safety is not their concern only your sale is.

      Unfortunately, we cannot control the fact that certain parts and accessories are on backorder. It's an issue that dealerships and customers are facing nationwide. We would not be able to remove parts from a vehicle that's for sale, as doing so would make that vehicle unsafe and unable to sell. We regret that we couldn't solve this issue, but this instance is outside of our control as we rely on the manufacturer to supply us with parts.

      It is not unusual for a part to be taken off a vehicle on the lot so that a vehicle that is on the road is safe and can be driven safely. The vehicle on the lot would only be taken off the floor till the part came in. The key word here is "unsafe" I am driving a unsafe vehicle at this time. Sale trumps safety in this situation. Customer service lacks bed side manners.
