      I bought a falty transmission through ********, payed to have repaired. Absolutely ridiculous that i would have to pay anything for a transmission that was sold to me with a bad sensor. still wasn't correct, waited over a week for another transmission to be delivered. 2nd remann transmission was installed. It is the wrong transmission for my truck, I have to pay out of pocket to have these transmissions put in and taking back out. I HAVE LOST MORE MONEY, TIME FROM WORK.

      ******. Absolutely aweful. Do yourself a favor and buy ******* Initial purchase and install went smooth. I purchased the transmission through Premier Powertrain (which is now out of business). Dealing with Moveras for a warranty replacement and labor claim has been a nightmare. First of all, in which galaxy does $300 cover labor cost to remove, install, program a new transmission? NOT THIS ONE! And $20 for Trans fluid? They told me that if a certain fluid isnt put in then it will void the warranty! That fluid is $12/Quart! And my transmission holds 12 quarts, $20 should cover that for sure. And they also told me that if the updated transmission cooler isnt installed then it will ALSO void my warranty. This company is complete BS and should not even exist. Im going to have to come out of pocket $700 to cover the labor cost that isnt included in the warranty. For a transmission thatll probably last 47k miles like the original one bought from them did. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Yalls momma would be ashamed of you!

      I spent about two thousand dollars on a transmission to replace my original transmission. It cost me over $500 to have this transmission professionally installed. This remanufactured transmission I purchased proved to be defective. It took over a month to receive a replacement. (Hence, lost time for using my truck in my business.) The replacement transmission also cost me over $500 again to have it professionally installed. Moveras offers a reimbursement for a labor claim for a customer having to pay a professional for installation of the warranted transmission. All together I dished out over a $1000.00 for a professional to install the warranted transmission and the replacement transmission. For my labor claim Moveras reimbursed me $135.00, which equals 2.7 hrs. labor to replace the warranty unit based on *********** warranty time. All places I checked said replacement of a transmission would take much longer than 2.7 hrs. All the inconveniences they cassed me with a defective product (transmission), seems they should be more fair with my labor claim. Paying me $135.00 on a $500.00 labor claim is not fair seeing all the time spent and time lost in my business due to to their fault! With a big company like Moveras, perhaps nothing can be done due to my smallness. Can the BBB really do anything?

      I have a 04 wrangler 42rle bought it from **** drove it for a month blew up the sent a warranty and what do you know check engine light p0841 and p0846 trans pressure sensor A&B funny thing is i havent even finished my first labor claim and the 2nd one is bad i called moveras and told them they said put another labor claim in BUT the problem is im not paying another ***** for a shop to put in another "reman" if i can just take yalls transmission to an ACTUAL transmission shop/35yr experienced tech have him rebuild the guts then i will be happy i do not want another trans from yall this should be illegal what yall are doing everybody on here seems like they have nothing but problems plz reach out to me look my name up in your system and get my info and make this right if not i will proceed futher.

      Bought a E4OD thru POWERTRAIN PRODUCTS,installed transmission,fluid leaking around pan like it was raining,opened warranty claim thru POWERTRAIN,some how get a call from ***** at Moveras,told me to buy a new gasket and fluid,was told I would be reimbursed, this didn't fix problem, called ***** back,told me he was going to send me a new pan and gasket that day,7 days later no pan or gasket,called ***** back,said he "FORGOT TO DO IT" said he was going to send it right now,ask if he could overnight the parts,his reply was absolutely not,said it would be several days till I would get parts,I replied this was not acceptable,he replied oh well and hung up,POWERTRAIN will not help me out because somehow ***** got involved and it is not their problem now,I RECOMMEND spending your money somewhere besides these 2 company's

      Got a 4l60e for my 2009 ***** z71 I had it three weeks first week fine second week it didn't want to shift to second had to have high rpm third week Will not shift out of second tried contacting them multiple times I would be on hold for 20 to 45 minutes every time still no answer left a call back number still no answer it's a shame out of all the reviews not the first one is good bought mine through Napa Auto I do my work myself and have been for many years now never have I had a issue like this they need to find some other business to reman there transmission and I will be voicing my opinion at my local store just so they know what is going on

      Ordered a transmission back in September 23. Installed in November 23, had shifting issues after immediately. Did wiring checks and everything to find out the torque converter was blowing apart. Recieved replacement transmission installed and is in limp mode 3rd gear. Replaced pressure switch and 3/2 shift solenoid as requested, and still only goes into third. Customer wants us to now remove the replacement transmission and get one from another supplier. We are also done with no working transmissions.

      A complete disaster. Bought a transmission thru Powertrain *** that installer couldn't program due to missing information. Finally determined by all parties that the transmission was defective and ******* would send a replacement. Installer was instructed to remove and recrate and Moveras would send a bill of lading for shipment while a replacement transmission was sent. Now ******* is claiming that removal of the transmission voided their warranty. WHAT! I have asked that all monies paid to Powertrain *** be refunded immediately. Read reviews of this Company - they cannot be trusted. Take your business elsewhere

      Installed transmission supplied by them purchased thru Autozone. We are a NYS Repair Shop every technician here is a ASE Certfied Master technicians. We take pride in our craftsmanship and demand the same from our vendors. Sold us a bad unit agreed it was defective. Sent us a new unit in about 2 months later didn't complain. Now time to get paid for la or claim. Denied claiming saying we didn't request one. Yes we did found the phone call and emails. It's one thing to make a mistake and fix it, But when time to honor claim they play games. The vehicle didn't make it off the lift. Was defective right on install, would not recommend this rebuilder at all. They acknowledge the failure and agreed with findings even with tech they did remote call with. We will win in court, have sued others in past who tried this unethical behavior. Asked to speak to supervisor, said she was the supervisor and would deny the claim. This was not a warranty claim its a merchantability claim. Huge difference for court pleadings, warranty terms don't apply to contract at this event. Shameful and disturbing actions by a seller.

      Problem has been fully solved by ****. Great guy who got this done to our satisfaction fully. Informed my that was an error on the operators part answering the phones. Payment is being issued asap. Stuff happens, error in manufacturing, or bad part etc, it how its handled after the fact. Bumpy start but smooth sailing from there. Thanks ****

      I cannot speak of the quality of the transmissions themselves, but I had purchased one through remantransmission.com and thank God for reman being total worthless waste of time as well I had to back out of Moveras transmission. By the look of some of the reviews Im grateful I did because Im not paying that over and over and over and over and over again. After speaking with the customer service guy about canceling my transmission he also explained to me that the warranty was only good if I get a new radiator or this oil transmission cooler box thingy whatever thats more money anyways make up your mind like them or dont.. and the reason for the three stars is, I had a decent customer service rep. ****** my order before they got on the diagnostics test.
