Bought a truck on 5/22/23, not even 2 weeks into owning it 6/3/23 the right rear brake caliper locked up while driving. Got home, heavy black smoke was billowing out of the wheel well. Rotor was glowing orange. Dropped truck off on Wednesday 6/7/23 they had it from 745am to a bit after 4pm. They never touched the truck until after 12pm, test drove it, and then replaced only the brake caliper. They refused to replace the ruined rotor or pads, that were now glazed, and pads cracked. The service manager called me an a-hole in front of other customers for calling them out on their lack of service after spending nearly 60k on a truck. Salesman gave me the number to the gm Rick B*******, and he has yet to return my phone call. The tech put 15 total miles on my truck, and when I demanded it be returned to me, my rear brakes were once again smoking, but not because they were stuck, but because they literally beat the hell out of my truck on the test drive. My fuel level went from 59% to 54%. The service department is by far one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I just want my truck fixed properly. I am a licensed state inspector for the state of NH, and my next step will be involving NHSP of this doesn't get resolved.

I purchased a car February 2022. Right after purchasing, I noticed a vibration in the front and after going through a car wash, the paint came off the the vehicle near the windshield (that was replaced before I purchased). After calling many times, we were finally able to get the car in for service. Eventually, the paint was taken care of; however, in the process, there were new scratches/dents on my car and the center console of the car was damaged. The cost for the console is about $250 not including installation. The service manager attempted to fix it with super glue, but that didn't last and left white residue stains on the inside of the console. There were several attempts to fix the vibration, they felt was a bent rim and attempted to straighten the rim. That did not fix the issue. We finally took it to another dealership, They found that the tires were not balanced correctly, there was excessive buildup of rust on the hubs making it so that the rim was not sitting correctly on the hub and the mechanic stated that whomever did work on the vehicle previously had completely mangled the lug nuts to the point where they could not be torqued and had I had a flat and needed to change the tire on my own, I would not have been able to get the lug wrench on the lugs. That cost us, out of pocket, $375. I do feel there is still an issue with the rims, as I have a tire that is constantly losing air. It would cost approximately $200 per rim. I repeatedly attempted to contact the dealership and finally received a response today 3/25/2023; "I feel we are both at a point, where our obligations are finished."

I dropped my vehicle off there for the second time in a row to get worked on because it was not running the way it was supposed to. I dropped it off May 20, 2022. The next day they had to drop the oil pan in my engine and found particles in the oil pan, causing the engine to be complete junk. I was told initially it would be a “couple weeks”. I called and every week was told “it’s going to be another week until the new engine is suppose to be here” and “we’re looking at another week out” every time I called and spoke to someone. No one was completely sure when the new engine was supposed to arrive. They have been unable to give me an actual date my car is going to be running again. I have been without a car for months and was not informed it could be any amount of time. My car is a 2019 with only a little over 42,000 miles on it. I do not understand what happened to my engine and why it is taking this long. I have not been compensated at all for the loss of my vehicle. I have a warranty still on it from when I bought it a little over a year ago. They will not lend me a vehicle to use in the time I am without a car. They are not willing to work with me to buy my vehicle from me or trade it in. I am a mom of 3 young children and work a full time job. I have struggled to make it to work and to appointments. I am at a complete loss. It is now July 27, 2022 and I am still without a vehicle making life extremely difficult.

Do your research before buying a vehicle because either the sales team isn’t knowledgeable or they fail to mention serious problems with a vehicle before they sell it. The buying experience was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Arguing with me for bringing my own approved loan in, forcing me to redo my loan through my banks indirect lending to fulfill their contract with my bank. Even after having an approved loan they decided to run my credit 9 more times that evening to “try and get me a better deal”. After ignoring all the warning signs I was too excited to finally have a work truck for my company. After just two service appointments with the dealership I was told I needed a whole new engine for the truck and never received a call back from the manager regarding my options but was told there was no warranty purchased. I guess they don’t believe in assumed warranties or providing reliable products to their customers. Could just be my luck of the draw but please do your research and look for these warnings because it cost me $18,000 to learn this way.

I think it would be fair to adjust the price of the vehicle at the cost of repair or do the repair of the vehicle (new engine replacement) received two quotes for around $9,000-$10,000 for replacement OEM Engine

I sold the Jepp I purchased here in April of 2022. I had outstanding warranties that I wanted to turn in and get any monies owed back. I called 2 times and finally got a return calling stating they would send me the form to fill out and I had to send something showing my account was paid off as well as the odometer reading. I had to wait about 10 days to get the paperwork from the loan company, however I never got an email with the forms to fill out. Upon receipt of the loan paperwork, I called back to have the paperwork resent. I did not get a return call. I called back again 3 days later and still no return call. I finally asked if there was any live person I could speak to as I was getting nowhere, to which the lady said she would personally hand them my information. 24 hours go by and still I have not been contacted. I left another voicemail today but expect to still not get any follow up. This place is a Scam and only wants a sale from you.

I very recently purchased a used 2014 truck with 22K miles on it. In the purchasing process I had made my concerns clear on the condition of the tires as there is dry rot and weather cracking throughout all 4 tires. I was assured that the vehicle tires are "safe and sound" and the truck "passed inspection". I told my sales rep that I would be getting another opinion on the tires, and I was told "If they are a problem, we will work with you". I bought the truck on Monday 2/14 and on 2/17 I received three other opinions from *** ********** *******, *** **** ******, and ******** **** all stating the same thing. The tires would no way pass inspection and are no way safe to be on the truck. When I brought this up to "Jason" the "Sales Manager" he told me "Of Course a tire place would tell you that you need tires" and "The truck came with an inspection sticker". However, Jason did bring the service manager "Greg" into the conversation. Greg told me "He can see my concern but they are safe. I/we won't admit any wrongdoing but I have approval from Jason to replace two tires and you cover the other two at cost or we can get an inspector from NHSP in to tell you the same thing I am". This exciting part of someone's life should not be dealt like this. They sold me a truck with bad tires and went back on their word when they said they would take care of it. It was my mistake taking delivery on a truck with non-passable ******** I am more than willing to provide pictures of the tires. I have two young kids and I serve in the military. They do not care. I have bought from 5 other local dealers in ********* and *********** area, and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated.
