On March 6th I paid $303.85 for my 12 year old son to play the spring season of soccer. From there the Club did not communicate practice and open gym times unless I emailed as asked. When I emailed about practice I get a response, but there was literally last minute notification. I even reached out to one of the coaches and did not get a response about where **** should play. We even missed a game because we were never notified of a game. We were never invited to the game. My son is not as talented as some of the kids his age are and we feel like coaches did not know where to put him, therefore he was not included. My son did not feel included and our family felt that we were not really wanted in the program. I am sure this was not the intention, but this was how we needed up feeling. Communication did not improve so we made the decision not to play soccer for NNHSC. I emailed *************************, the owner, and told him that this was not going work for us. Not once did he ask why or try to make things right. Further making us feel like we were not wanted. Let me express that my son had played soccer for this team in a previous season. I requested a full refund and ***** said he already paid for insurance and registration for my son so he could only refund me $150, which he said he would process. Time passed and I did not receive the refund. I reached out and was told that they only process refunds on the 15th of the month, May 15th. Was never told this before. Waited 5 business days past Mat 15th and no refund. Emailed ***** again and he said if the refund did not come in the next day to email him and he would issue a check. Still did not come in, emailed ***** and gave my address. Never received a check. Emailed ***** and got a response on ***** that he was on vacation and would research it when he got back. I do not believe that he had any intention to refund me and was just stringing me along. I am requesting a full refund.Customer response

I did receive email from the business. He told me his records show a full refund was issued and if I dont see it on my end to contact him and he will check further. I advised I had not received a refund. To date I have not received a refund.Business response

We are currently researching a 'chargeback with the merchant account company. **** has been updated each step of the way. This is the very first time we have been asked for a refund AFTER the child has attended our sessions (150 other satisfied customers this year, **** requested a refund except for **** (his son very rarely made it to training). Same trainings, same programs, same locations, same coaches. Told **** we would be happy to give a partial refund IF he was patient as we are a small outfit with VERY slim margins. Will update as soon as I hear a response from ************************ (could take up to 90 days according to their contract.Customer response

Complaint: 21761072It is not that I do not accept the businesses response as I appreciate that they would like to work this out. I did want to make a few things clear and do not want this case to be closed until a refund is issued. This all began on 04-23-24 when I requested and merchant agreed to a partial refund $150. My son did not make the practices because I was not notified of such. On 04-23-24 merchant even asked the U15 coach if my son had been invited, which did not occur. After further correspondence between myself and the merchant and no refund, on 05-21-24 merchant asked for my mailing address to send a check. That was provided and I did not receive a check.
