I ordered 2 swimsuits @$82.99 each +$7.07 tax for each (($165.98 + $14.14 tax=$165.98) from H2OWear thru Amazon Marketplace. Only one arrived even though the invoice shows 2. The package was small & could only have held one, Obviously, H2oWear only sent one swimsuit. Amazon said to call H2OWear. I did and the woman who answered said she could not help me and to call Amazon. H2O sounds like they are running a scam. I want my $82.99 + $7.07 tax credited back to me. I will never do business with either again! H2O wear needs to be shut down.Business response

Thank you for your help with this matter.
I communicated with Ms. ******* via email through the Amazon system this afternoon. i apologized for our mistake and assured her that a refund in the amount she sought had been made to her credit card account. I agree that we shipped Ms. ******* one swimsuit and charged her for both swimsuits that she ordered. When we packed her order we missed that the quantity was two. At no time have we disputed her statement that she received only one swimsuit and was charged for two.
Amazon has strict rules for customers and retailers to follow. Amazon considers a customer such as Ms. ******* to be its customer. Amazon looks at H2O Wear as if it were a supplier selling it swimsuits it resells to its customers..Ms. ********* order information is not in our system, as it would be if she had ordered directly from us. Amazon does not allow us to mail Ms. ******* a catalog or send her a marketing email in the future. This is not to say that Ms. ******* did anything wrong by ordering our product through Amazon. I just want to clarify how things work. She may have been frustrated that our customer service person could not immediately resolve her legitimate complaint. We must work through Amazon. Our relationship with Amazon could be terminated if we try to take short cuts.
Again, we take responsibility for what happened and hope that Ms. ******* is satisfied with the result.
