Mr. Gal P***** of Allison James Homes via New Wave Diversified LLC hired to do bathroom renovations, replace carpeting& install hardwood floors on 2 sets of stairs & 2nd floor, complete unfinished attic - 3rd floor into 2 rooms. Not a single project was fully completed per agreement. Many of new items installed damaged by workers/not installed properly (toilet and sink). 1st Floor stairs NOT finished as discussed & promised. Risers on both sets left unfinished in horrid shape. Damages caused to walls, ceiling during renovations were not fixed/repaired. Over $2000 in weight of debris left on 3rd floor & entire garage including their own construction trash, months of cigarette butts, Ripped full bags of powder material underneath the debris everywhere. 1st time key given to a contractor, Mr. P***** abuse of this trust meant entering our property early, late, weekends with no warning. One early morning incident of entering home while i was in bed, without decency of ringing the doorbell or calling was addressed w/no apology rather threatening & usual bullying. NOT a single item was completed let alone any additional work. Any additional work Mr. P***** would have discussed his favorite topic, money, & invoiced. I.e. loop hole he "found" on his estimate of walk in shower did not have "shower door" written despite discussed from start. He said he would work w/us on the additional cost & would get estimate. NEVER happened, never installed. Half bath replace of toilet & vanity was discussed several times, said not written in estimate but would get me new invoice for that as well. NEVER happened. Exposed duck on 3rd FL not finished. Mr. P***** would NEVER do additional work w/out discussing $ & a check. Mr. P***** missed 4 deadlines. Our lives turned upside down for 5 months w/ZERO regards. Aug 31 was a firm deadline which he ignored, abandoned us & the project! 4 wks after bullying another check from us, well past deadline, sends incoherent msg re a light.
