In 2023, we brought in Forza's enrollment arm, called ***********, to build an enrollment platform for our large client. We are paying them $53,000 to build the platform, provide ongoing files and produce an invoice. The principal of the company has gone *** and the work has not been completed as outlined, which is expected to have financial implications for the client and my agency. *********** has not met their obligations and is leaving us no other choice at this point.Business response

Good afternoon,
I would first like to say, I appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide context to this complaint. ***********, ***, which is what the complaint is in reference to is not an arm of The Forza Insurance Group. There are owners of Forza who are also part owners of ***********,but the *** functions operationally on its' own and separate from any business of The Forza Insurance Group. I believe this individual, *******,researched shareholders and just used us as a scapegoat.
As an owner, I did call the *** of *********** and found out the following. This individual was not directly involved in the client/case of reference. The staff that was involved was in complete communication with *********** staff and leadership daily and has been resolving any outstanding issues. There was never a time when the *** was ***** and the staff provided many texts and emails to ******* on the 31st of January to show that communication was flowing and ongoing.
The *** of *********** and his staff have met with the client this week and have completed any outstanding items and resolved any issues. He has also reached out to ******* to discuss her misunderstanding of the situation, in the hope that she will remove this complaint.
