After a concern about a missed appointment office said they would require a 100 deposit for my daughters appointment. I reluctantly agreed. The same week I made an appointment for Friday at 11. They said nothing about a deposit. Later they claimed my appointment was at 9 and that I missed it. They charged my **** without permission and claimed it was okay since same family. They had not asked for a deposit on my appointment and as far as I know the appointment was at 11 not 9.Business response

On July 26, 2023 ***************** was left a voicemail that she had missed an appointment. Since there were multiple missed appointments in a row for the family we explained our missed appointment policy is to collect a refundable $100.00 deposit when multiple appointments are missed or canceled with less than 24 hour notice. When ***************** missed her scheduled appointment she was charged $100.00 for missing the appointment. ***************** called back to dispute the charge with our office and the $100.00 charge was refunded to her the same day it was processed August 11, 2023. Since a full refund of $100 was promptly granted the same day the cancellation fee was applied, ***************** should not have any existing complaints with our office.
