Owner is unprofessional and came on to me in a sexual manner. I felt uncomfortable and violated and this type of behavior is just unacceptable and inappropriate. Beware.Review from Property M

Owner is verbally impulsive, manipulative, disrespectful, PREDATOR on any lack of knowledge you may have, intimidates with stating he will get a lawyer etc. if you don't pay right away even when the work hasn't been done/completed/agreed to. Does not come to site to check and ensure job is being done correctly so workers do whatever they want including talking on the phone all day and while improperly working on your home and messing things up. IF YOU HIRE THESE GUYS YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE - After you pay them you will need to pay someone to FIX ALL OF IT!Hired them for kitchen and bathroom and it was horrible. I had to do so many things on my own. ***y finish nothing, never ensure something is completed correctly but very fast to demand payment etc. Things look horrible. It looks like I picked someone up off the ********** parking lot and they did it.1. DESTROYED my plumbing- it literally looked like a shark took a bite out of my plumbing I had to hire a professional plumber and pay a high price to fix the plumbing alone)2. PUT DEBRIS DOWN MY PLUMBING and FLOODED my basement *** care lessness of these guys. Another **** I had to foot.3. I had to measure my own square footage to obtain tiles for bathroom - asked ******* multiple time over a week he never gave them -***y will improperly and carelessly install everything!4. Spackle job LUMPY and CLUMPY 5. Shower head, spout, valve, and foot lock closure improperly installed/misaligned 6. Tiles installed improperly 6. Left silicone glue all over the place 7. Light switch cover left missing screws and improperly placed LIST GOES ON AND ON. ***y say they can complete jobs that they don't have the professional skill for. *** entire experience was very saddening but valuable ****** learned.5 STAR REVIEWS on ****** are FAKE ****** is office asst- ****** is business partner and other person is a relative .Owner is extremely manipulative so take heed to my warning. I'm sure he will use some low level convolutedexcuse
