On 9/1/2022 i signed a contract to have my roof done by ****** and ************** was paid in full. I was assured I would have a professional job done, pictures of before & after a piece of mind and in a timely manner. ****** came my house a week later to do intial walk through and take before pictures of my property, make sure what path needed to be clear for workers and where to put dumpster ect. (which wasnt the best experience, seem as though i was asking to much question,) but we proceeded. they will deliver supplies and work would start and be completed in a few days. Supplies were to show up and it didnt , then it was to come on 9/14 no show. upon calling ****** again. ****** called on 9/19 said supplies would come on 9/21 this went on for a while of getting supplies. then i was told they pushed doing the roofing to 9/26. supplies came and was delivered to wrong house.. Roof was change 9/26 but no soffit, cladding, gutters ect. Crew came 9/30 and had to leave because no materials was there to work with. now i was pushed to 10/5 then it was 10/11 then 10/13 they finially came and installed. In the mean time no communication. The last guy that was there i believe his name was ****** , so many managers, I presented and showed him a few stuff while they were packing up the many extra supplies. I told him of missing camera, they didnt clean up, we walked through and picked up many nails, siding of roof not competed ect. He said he would talk with ******* and see about credit and what they can do. I reach out to a few managers , sales guy. ******* supposably the head said he would look into it and get back to me . I have called multiple times and i am still waiting 10/1.. 11/5 was the last time i spoke to *******, he said he was on a job site and when he returns to office he would called, still havent heard from him as of today is 11/30 *finial walk through *finish job missing camera where are satellite dish broken fence pictures of before & after creditCustomer response

First i want to thank you for contacting the company Dior construction. They contacted me and came out to the house so we can find a resolution to make it right. So i will be waiting on them to finish work this week or next. Also if possible to remove the complaint from the site if it is posted as they are coming out to make it right.
