      My Daughter and my son in law were looking at trailer at your ********* location.Then they found one at your ****** location that was a year newer. The salesman at ****** call the salesman at ********* . The salesman at ****** played the message played left to the Boyertown sale. Now both of them thru a temper tantrum. And wont sell to my kids.

      Im not going to take complaints from a third party, there is too much left to interpretation and too much that will be hearsay. 

      If your daughter or son-in-law would like to send me an email about their issues, I will investigate and do anything in my power to correct their unsatisfactory experience.

      We purchased an RV from sales rep **** in June 2022, and after the sale he went *** when I had tried to reach him regarding multiple issues we were having with our brand new camper. He also told ** the camper was wired for backup camera that all we had to do was purchase the camera. We bought a camera, went to install it and it wasnt wired for the backup camera. After multiple attempts of calling we finally got them to take the camper to get a few immediate issues fixed, such as a potential propane leak, however when we got it back, it was still leaking from everywhere.Come November of last year (2022), we dropped off our camper to get fixed over the winter since all the issues remained. It is now May 31st 2023, not a single time has anyone reached out to give me an update. About 3 weeks ago I finally got in touch with ******* after numerous attempts at leaving voicemails and messages with other employees, because I made the guy on the phone keep me on hold until she picked up. She told me my RVs parts were in, however, it was never scheduled for service. She told me she would call me the following week (week of June 5th, 2023) since it should be ready.I have left over a dozen voicemails for ******* since then, who is supposedly the only one who has any answers there, with zero response back. We have a trip coming up and I cant even get an answer as to if I will have my camper or if I have to cancel, before I cant get my money back, due to them needing more time.Hitch is over 2 hours from me, so its not like I can ************. *** tried other extensions and divisions and are all directed back to 1 person who never returns my calls.I have been more than patient, understanding and given them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point after the same thing at just about 7 months of them having my camper, there is nothing left I can do but file a complaint here.

      I bought a brand new trailer on 2/2021. There was a mechanical issue with the slide out in October. Called them to inform them of the problem. They were unable to gain access to it because my trailer park was closed for season. They agreed to come out in April when it reopened. When I called in April they said they didnt have anyone working in repair/service to call back, they are trying to hire someone. Called again in May and June and still no one to repair or other options to get this problem fixed. It is under warranty and they are refusing to help resolve the issue.

      We are not refusing to help.  We can no longer offer field service.  The customer will need to bring their camper back to Hitch RV or they can contract with a mobile RV repair company that works with the manufacturers.

      I bought a 2019 28 ft trailer from Hitch in October Not my first trailer with this company, not my first issue either. Took the camper out memorial day weekend and blew two tires on a major highway, two separate times. Took the camper back to them and of course they wont cover the tires or the damage to the camper. It is what it is I can deal with that. But, we also noticed that the springs under the camper are flat which makes it dangerous to drive as it will continue to blow tires. The tires are bouncing off the bottom of the camper. Spoke to the service manager Rich who did nothing but jerk me around from the word go. I went and bought five new tires, talk to the service techs and the manager ***** and was told that they would be looking into contacting Forest River for the problems with the springs and that they would change the tires. At my expense of course. I called a week later and spoke to Rich again I told him I did not want any lies and I did not want to be jerked around What is the status of my camper. He replies I dont know. I asked him if he could find out. Things ensued and I told him he wasnt worth his paycheck. Now theyre not gonna do anything for me. I made phone call after phone call to them and at one point I did threaten them with the BBB and the news media and anybody else I could find. So they decided to sever the relationship with me and that they were not going to fix the camper and that I have to come pick it up. It is not roadworthy and they refused to repair it . I am a little stuck at this point, they do this to absolutely everyone. I have other friends who are having nothing but problems with them. others that have left them because of problems in the past. All I want for them is to fix my camper so that its safe on the roads and I will be out of their hair forever. Is there anything you folks can do to help me? Thank you, *****.

      This is a simple response. I will not tolerate any customer berating and cursing at my employees. Rich is a service writer, not a manager. When you are unhappy with an employee, you do not curse at them and belittle them. You simply ask for a manager. This customer did not do that, so I, as the controller, have eliminated our relationship. If this customer does not feel safe towing their camper, they can have it professionally brought to a repair shop of their choosing.

      I am rejecting this response because:  there was absolutely no cursing! I simply told Rich he was not worth his paycheck. When I took that camper into them for service after blowing two tires I told him directly what we thought the problem was. Not only are the tires c*** but the springs are bad. I just bought this in October He never told the technicians to do anything. All that he told them is that they were to cut and replace the plastic damaged by the blowout which by the way they charge me $341 $160 in labor to replace two pieces of plastic with 10 screws. I got a call from Rich that said I thought you were coming to pick up your camper. I replied with I was waiting for your response on whether or not it was ready to go. thats when he told me loudlyTHERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAMPER!
      I went to pick it up, I think the next day. The technician asked me why the camper was actually there and back-and-forth we discovered that the springs, three out of four are flat and that this vehicle is not safe to take on the road. They were never advised at any point to even look at the springs or the tires.  I asked them if I brought them tires if they could change them out for me. The technicians in for me that the work would be done and then they would get in touch with me At this point the manager, *********************** is outside and walking around the camper with us. He made suggestions to me that we needed to get in touch with Forest River and get a hold of my warranty paperwork and they would call me to let me know where we were going from here. A week later, I called Rich I advised him that I was not looking for his BS and then I wanted an honest answer Is my camper ready? He responds with I dont know. I asked him to find out as I am close to an hour away. At this point Im already upset with him because nothing had been done to begin with but I never cursed at him and I simply asked him to find out what was up with the camper. He hung up on me. Yes I did leave several messages  after that. None of them were cursing, none of them were threatening any person, every message was the fact that I was going to refer to you guys and to the ************************************ and to the media if I had to. This is not my first rodeo with them. Im currently discussing this whole issue was friends of mine who are going through the same BS

      We visited Hitch RV at ************************************* on Saturday 4/16/2022 and met with salesperson *********************. We found an rv that was of interest and was told to hold we'd need to put a $2500.00 deposit down to hold and if things should change our deposit would be refunded. We put this deposit on our credit card. On Tuesday April 19,2022 due to a change in our circumstances we emailed ********************* at ******************************** with no response. I also mailed a letter on this date by ***** On Friday April 22,2022 I sent another email to ********************* at ******************************** and also included the sales manager ******************* at ******************************* again with no response. I've check with my credit card company and as of this email the is no refund or a pending transaction for this deposit.
