      Bought my truck in august. Bought a truck certified ore owned. Found the radio screen laminant to be messed up and my two rear taillights have cracks in them. Called multiple times and dropped vehicle off, finally after two weeks they say theyll cover them. Been two months, the women who I was dealing with is no longer there. Cant get ahold of anyone. No one returns a phone call. Also signed a paper saying they owe me a key its been four months still no update. UPDATE its been another month. I showed up there turns out they never ordered my parts. Now its been a month since theyve ordered my parts and have not heard anything once again. Called today and got told someones in a meeting again and theyll return my call. No one called back again and no update again.

      WHEN PURCHASING THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED A ******* MILE AND 10 YEAY WARRANTY.AND I KNOW SOME THINGS ARE NOT COVERED BUT THIS IS THIS IN THE 2ND TIME IN A YEAR THE ***** HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER THE LAST TIME THEY SAID BRAKES WERE NOT COVERED BUT SINCE THE VEHICLE HAD LOW MILAGE AND THE BRAKE SHOULD NOT BE BAD THEY CHANGED THEM NOW A YEAR LATER THE VEHICLE HAVE ***** MILES AND THE REAR BRAKE SENSOR IS ON AND DISPLAYED ON THE DASH.AFTER THE DEALER CHECKED THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THE SENSOR WAS ON BECAUSE THE ***** HAD **** ON THEM. I EXPLAINED EVERY CAR HAS **** ON THE *****S. BUT THEY SAID IT WOULD NEED A BRAKE JOB COSTING HUNDREDS OF DOLLORS BUT ITS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I TOLD THEM I GET IT BUT ITS THE SENSOR THAT IS BAD AND IT SHOULD BE COVERED BUT THEY SAID NO . SO I ASKED THE WARRANTY I PAID EXTRA FOR AND ITS UNDER THE MILAGE I GET FROM ******* BUMPER TO BUMPER IS NO GOOD BECAUSE ON NORMAL **** ON THE *****S. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THE SAID THE ***** THE **** ON MY DASH, BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT WAS STILL THERE. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD GET A BRAKE JOB OR TRY TO CLEAN THE **** OFF THE *****S. I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE AN ATTEMT TO CORRECT THE SITUATION BUT THEY DID NOTHING. I DONT KNOW WHAT I PURCHASED THE EXTRA WARRANTY IF ITS NO GOOD . I HOPE YOU CAN HELP THIS IS NOT FAIR TO THE CONSUMER .

      Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram, problem occurred while under warranty. They claimed they were waiting for a loaner vehicle and would be able to work on it in March, it is now April. The problem originally occurred in January. Multiple calls with either no response or "oh, still nothing we can do". There are five known problems from their original diagnosis. And they are taking their time to fix this problem, so there could be more since it was originally diagnosed. I'm forced to drive a vehicle that is not operating optimally, because they are not living up to their responsibility to fix said vehicle.
