      Becarefull when you place an order and pay for 2 days shipping. They will ship via *** ground and your order will arrive a week later. However, when you go talk with customer service, they will not refund the shipping fee for you, and the customer service is really bad "It like you make a mistake and that your own problem right there".

      Before i place my order they offer a bonus because I CHOOSE BUY LIBRE LE PARFUM OF 50ML THE ***** OFFER I ADD FOR FREE WAS A LIPSCTICK COUTURE N70 and 2 sampler more then when i pay my order they took off the lipstick of the ***** THEY OFFER WITH THE PARFUM. Really!If you gonna put the sale beautiful for clients do what you are offering i totaly cancel this order.....

      I ordered engraved lipsticks and they didn't arrive engraved. I called the company to have them replaced and they sent out a "replacement" order - they weren't engraved a SECOND time! Do they even engrave items or do they just falsely advertise it??

      I ordered A Nu Bare Look Tint and the shade came out to be a bit lighter than I expected. I saw the post "Our Couture Promise: Try Bare Look Tint risk-free for 14 days. Not the right shade? Call or chat with a specialist to receive a new shade free of charge, no returns needed." Unfortunately, customer service agents will not honor this because they count the 14-days from when my order was placed. My order was placed 11/29, but I did not get my product delivered until 12/13. I chatted with them today on 12/14 and was told that I was past my 14-day ****. How am I supposed to try the product for 14-days when you start counting it from the day the order was placed, and not the day product was delivered? How does this make any sense?! When I called in, I am told that I have to return the product and then place another order which means I have to pay for return shipping. The website clearly said "FREE EXCHANGES" for this particular product, and the "Couture Promise" says "no returns needed". How are customers supposed to deal with all this?? DO BETTER YSL. Don't put misleading information on your site if you're not going to honor it to the customers. Never should've bought it from here especially if customer service doesn't even know what the website states and does not help the customer whatsoever.

      ******** CUSTOMERS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM YSLBEAUTYCANADA. I placed an order prior to Black Friday weekend, on November 20th. By November 30th, I reached out via email since I still did not receive a shipping confirmation. By December 5th, I still did NOT receive a response. I had to investigate on my own to figure out that my order was CANCELLED. Now the gift set, the 25% off discount, and gifts with purchase are all out of stock or not running anymore. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. I was later told that my order was cancelled because I used Paypal. If I had known my order was cancelled, I would have tried placing another order using another form of payment or placed another order on another website on Black Friday. I spoke to ***** with ***************** but she was not able to completely resolve this issue. I was not offered an apology for the cancellation or the lack of notice. If this happens to any customer, the same discount should be honored. This is a company problem (not a customer service problem). I will continue to post reviews everywhere in order to stop customers like me from purchasing at YSL Beauty ******. Do NOT do it!

      Scam! I ordered custom engraved lipsticks online and they sent me the lipsticks without the engraving on them and told me they are no longer engraving items. They refused to pay for my shipping to return the items even though they clearly did not send me my order. They are doing this to thousands of people and getting away with it. A huge scam!!
