Purchased pool alarm. Pool alarm did not show up at the residence. *** can't explain where they delivered it to the company has been rude. They told me once the investigation with *** was finalized they would refund the $223.90. Investigation was finalized in July still have not refunded our money. This company came highly recommended by our pool people. This is a shame please help us get our money back. I have been dealing with a character by the name of *** who has not called me back and refuses to refund the funds. The woman who answers the phone has given us the runaround for months nowBusiness response

The customer contacted us a few days after we shipped their package saying they did not receive it. We checked the *** tracking information, and it showed it had been delivered to the customer and left at their gate. We reached out to *** to file a claim for the missing package since the customer did not have it. They conducted their investigation and came back to us saying that the claim was closed since the customer had confirmed receiving the package. We tried reaching out to the customer to confirm if this was true but did not hear back on that. We also followed up with *** saying the customer had not confirmed back to us they had received the package, but they would not reimburse us for the lost package. We have provided a good will refund to this customer in full several weeks ago for their order even though *** never reimbursed us for the package they lost. So they should be fully satisfied with the resolution. This claim is w/o merit and should be removed. Thank you.
