I am beyond disgusted with the experience my husband just had at this business. He arrived to the office at 3:36pm with a set appointment of 3:30pm. When he arrived he sat in the waiting room as 2 other patients were being helped. Once the front desk was available he walked up to them to check in our son. At that point it was 10 minutes pass the appointment time and he was told our son would not be seen because he was more than 10 minutes late to the appointment. You can imagine my frustration when he called me as it did not make sense that he was being turned away for being more than ********************************************** the waiting room the whole time waiting to check in. After speaking with 3 employees including the office manager ***** and explaining that we live an hour away from the location and what occurred - there was no level of acknowledgment and compromise. I understand if my husband and son did not arrive to the office within the 10 minute window of the appointment but they were physically there. Its a complete disgrace how management handled this and not do anything to rectify it and accept responsibility for their mistake.

I did speak to several people including office manager with no resolution hence my frustration which led me to provide the complaint
