He had installed a new AC/heating unit for us. At the beginning we thought he was a great guy like others did, even recommended him to our friends. And then couple of months after the install, things started going wrong with our AC unit, from leaking freon to compressor. There were time after time we stayed without AC in the summer. The first year he had to come out multiple times for different things, then after the first year he started charging for everytime he has to come out. Which is fine, we just wanted everything to be fixed right so he doesnt have to come out so frequently to fix things he had already fixed over and over again and we kept getting charged for the same things. I guess Zig just got frustrated himself and cant figure out whats wrong with the unit so he stopped answering our calls. We had to call him from a different number for him to pick up. And the last time we spoke we asked him to please come out one more time before the warranty runs out for the parts, we even offered to pay him for the service. But ofcourse, he never did. I usually dont bother to write any reviews on anything but I dont want anyone to go thru the same thing with this guy like we did. We all work to hard for our money. Dont be fooled like we had, use someone else before you regret.
