Worst experience, non-professional. definitely Inflated reviews With my neighbor's reference, called Cardwell first time in my life for **** tuning.When the service guy showed up, told him the **** cooling unit is not running (as mentioned in the service appointment) and needed cooling system tuneup, he said he would charge $69 for troubleshooting the issue and would tell how much it cost to fix it after he finds the issue. He kind of started troubleshooting changing the wires in main unit and external unit, he finally found the rats cut the wire in condenser unit and he just had to join them. Then the system started working and did system tuning steps. After that he showed the bill on his phone which I can barely see and he was ******* me to pay. where he included $109 for troubleshooting (which he mentioned $69 in the beginning), $89 for tune up as communicated, 2 line items of $190 just for joining 2 wires. Says he did wiring in external unit and main unit, in fact he didn't do anything in main unit, I was with him all the time. When asked why he didn't tell me what's the issue and how much it's going to cost me before he goes and fix it, which he's expected to tell me after troubleshooting. Then he started talking loud and using non-professional language which is not at all acceptable. No transparency in the costs of the service, he took it for granted. He also threatened me that he would go to court if I don't pay him.Never saw this type of behavior and language with any service industry people. Couldn't imagine how these guys behave with older/adult people how doesn't know the service details.Interestingly, I provided the same feedback on the phone and no response even after 3 weeks. Typical marketing trick, nothing else.I would strongly recommend to stay away from these guys, not worth the money you pay for.
