My Mother-in-Law was stolen from by Courier Post due to them billing an elderly woman excess charges. She paid them a total of $663.52 last year and recently received a **** from them for $168.13. They took advantage of her and should reimburse her all fees paid last year. Their charges are not compatible to delivery of a newspaper. I recently contacted them and was told the charge is $28 per month so they obviously changed her excess fees.Initial Complaint

Delivery issue with the Philadelphia Inquirer since February 2021. Off and on delivery until October, then no delivery. I call weekly and the representative credits my account, and informs me that the Courier Post has been responsible for delivery since February. The Inquirer is now printed in Cherry Hill so delivery has been consolidated. I have contacted both companies repeatedly and neither has a solution. The Inquirer says they have contacted the Courier and that is all they can do. The Courier Post representative says they do not deliver the Inquirer. Both are blaming the other. Bottom line no paper delivery for the last 93 days.
