Ordered Kitchen Cabinets on 10/2023, order arrived 2/15/2023, **** (owner) stated that ALL Items where delivered and demanded final payment which he was PAID IN FULL, ONLY to find out that there was about 25% of the order that was NOT delivered. Have been dealing with this INCOMPLETE kitchen for the last 7-8 Months, Owner continuously lies about coming to finish and NEVER comes. Still MISSING 2 Panels for my Appliances that Legacy Kitchen was PAID that I STILL DO NOT HAVE. I have requested for the items to be delivered to me and owner IGNORES my Calls and Text Messages. I would like my missing Appliance Panels, Horrible Experience!Business response

This complaint is invalid. Not only were all items delivered, there were many extra items delivered at no additional cost to the customer. The cabinets chosen by the customer were a custom color. The extended lead times for this were clearly communicated up front. The customer was also accommodated with all of the last minute changes that were made resulting in significant additional parts and labor charges that were paid for by the company. All of the extra parts and labor were also provided without payment from the customer as he continues to have a significant amount of unpaid charges. Throughout this whole process of going above and beyond for the customer, he was nothing but unreasonable, rude, and disrespectful to myself and those who work for me. It is a shame when resources like this are used for deceitful purposes instead of what it is intended for.
