      Kept getting different delivery date for our floating mat. Finally after the 4th delivery date and no response for the company a man pulled up in our driveway with daughter in tow. In the back of his pickup truck was our mat that was delivered to him a day ago. They live about 3 miles from is!!! WTF!! I get it is ***** fault too, but Gymax was giving me the delivery dates!! Do better. See you NEVER

      I bought a dog house on *****. ***** had problems with the address and returned the package to them. I've written to them, and they don't answer. In two days, it's already three months.

      We ordered a folding bed with a memory foam mattress. When the product arrived it was missing parts including the wrench needed to put it together. The mattress was no where near what was advertised and pictured in the ad. It is not memory foam, but instead has a small piece of foam inside of it. Its about 3 inches thick and doesnt fit inside the frame. When we contacted them to initiate a return they want us to pay $50 just for the return lable. This company is blatantly ripping people off and either needs to start being truthful in their advertising or otherwise should be shut down. This unusable piece of furniture cost us over $300, and we now have to try to find a replacement mattress.

      I ordered a train table for my daughter for Christmas. It was missing a bottom for the drawer at ***************************************** a replacement. I sent proof that I never received this piece and they said that they dont have the piece anymore and that they cannot send me replacement and that was the end of it and told me to have a good day. They told me I had to return it through ******** which is where I bought it from. However, ******* has indicated that you have to go through the manufacturer and thats also what their manual says because it is a piece that is from the manufacturer that is missing not from *******. This is an absolute horrid company and I would never recommend ordering anything from this company ever. They are not getting them up my money back and they are not sending me the replacement piece. They are absolutely horrible. Do not order from this company.

      I ordered a dog kennel that I no longer need. Unopened boxes. ******* says they will contact me and they have not. It has been a month. I want to send this back and get my money back.

      the company says. it has been shipped for days. But tracking is saying it is Pending. Not happy.. And I see similar complaints happened before...don't want to deal with this type of company..

      Worst company to deal with. Bought a fireplace through Best Buy which was this company. Came cracked. They won't send part that's cracked.. been dealing with this for 2 weeks and still going. Now I have to try to get this fireplace back into a box and figure out how to get 100 pound fireplace back to fed ex as Best Buy won't take it but that's only if I can get the box closed to ship. Take a day to reply to any message. They try to skirt around the issue offering you $70 to keep the broken fireplace. Will never shop with this company or Best Buy again.

      I have ordered a Christmas tree. As I was unable to get the same tree at ******** as were out of stock.Found what I thought legitimate company and to make a ling story short, ordered a tree like I had wanted. However upon arrival opend the box, did not take the tree out as I saw it was not the product I had ordered. It was a much cheaper scraggy tree. So I immediately returned it to *** for return using the square code they sent me. *** said not legit, so I said send it anyway as only address I have. A few days later the tree was sent back to ***.I have contacted this company many times via email. They said they received the box and would credit my acct. However, do not see a charge posted yet. Thinking perhaps didnt get posted as of yet. Dont know what to do with the tree as seemed delaying sending me complete info on where to return it. I pd return of $40 to ship thinking I CAN **** IT UP...but now that tree sent back...what next. Others online state experience same delay tactics. If this company is at all legit, the situation and return info would have been the first time around.I have contacted ********** but since no charge posted they can do nothing. Cant return the tree...as not giving me a proper return address.So BEWARE OF SUCH.THE PLACE ON RETURN ADDRESS IS COSTWAY IN GA.******
