There are so many things I could write about this company, but I will keep it short.Do not do business with this retched, lying, dysfunctional, incompetent scam of a business.After 20+ years of being a loyal customer with no loyalty returned, I did not renew my contract. The stories I could share are endless. They continue to harass me even though I am no longer a customer and the next time I will personally visit a local office and advise them that I will be contacting the State Attorney Generals Office.There are other oil businesses around with much better prices. Rip off!!! They will fill up your tank and say the price per gallon is just above the locked in price. i had a delivery today at $5.029. I fill up mt diesel truck at $4.75 a gallon and that has road tax. Other oil company's are at $3.99 a gal. I understand Region will be a little more by like 30 cents or so and that they need to make money but $1.00/gal higher than their competition is ridiculous!. Now i will be running a few electric heaters, a wood stove in our basement, and buying a pellet stove for our fire place now that im locked into this company and stuck until next year. I dont recommend them!!!Review from Scott A

In March '22 Region Oil *** delivered unannounced 347 gallons of *********** @ $6.399 costing me $2,220.45 which was over a $1 gallon more the diesel at the pump at that time. They also claimed that I was no longer in the price protection program - not that that would have actually made much of a difference. I have a 550 Gal tank and what I had left - 203 gallons - would have lasted to end of summer since it ran only hot water heater at that time of year. Apparently, after submitting complaints to both the ** ***** of ********* Affairs and ***** of ****** Utilities / ** Office of the Attorney General ********** does not have any regulations that control what oil retailers charge to prevent them from price gouging. Unbelievable! Region Oil are crooks and they don't give a c*** about anything but making unreasonable profit at the expense of customersReview from Mechanico

This company came out to evaluate my mothers furnace. The person said the furnace was shot and leaking water all over. I very seldom go to her house because of my work being so busy. The person said also that the fuel oil tank in the basement was leaking and they could replace for ****. Furnace was around ******. My mom almost had a heart attack. The one afternoon I had time to stop and look things over. 2 air vents were leaking and one piece of pipe. I repaired the leaks and to this day its running perfect. As for the oil tank I tightened up the packing nut on the shut off valve and now its dry. Not very business like to take advantage of a 87 year old women.
