December 8 2022 . My name is ************************** a CURRENT EMPLOYEE OF WIPRO AS WE SPEAK. EMPLOYEE ID#********. AT THIS VERY MOMENT IM WAITING ON ANYBODY TO EXPLAIN TO ME WERE MY MONEY IS. NOVEMBER 23,2022 I RECEIVED A CHECK BY ***** FROM WIPRO FOR 13HRS. I HAD WORKED 47HOURS THAT WEEK. THEY *********************** STATED I RECEIVED 2 CHECKS IN THE ENVELOPE AND I MUST HAVE THROWN IT AWAY. FRIDAY DECEMBER 2 2022 SHE PUT IN A SO CALLED TICKET FOR PAYROLL. MONDAY DECEMBER 5 2022 I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THIS TICKET. THE TICKET WAS NEVER PUT IN WITH PAYROLL. IT WAS A TICKET PUT IN BUT NOT WITH PAYROLL HOWEVER I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE SENDING THE TICKET OVER AT THAT VERY MOMENT. I ALSO SPOKE WITH *************************** ON MY PHONE FROM HIS PERSONAL CELL TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT ITS NOT JUST ME ITS ALOT OF EMPLOYEES THAT HAD NOT BEEN PAID. THE PROBLEM HE STATED WAS PAYROLL IS IN ***** AND PAYROLL ITSELF IS A HUGE PROBLEM. I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM **** STATING ******* SAID TO CALL HIM BY 5 IF I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLIES FROM PAYROLL ABOUT THE TICKET. AT 5 MO REPLIES I TEXT ******* TOLD HIM HE SAID HE WAS ESCALATING THE TICKET AND SO WAS ***********************. TODAY IS DECEMBER 8, 2022 IT'S PAYDAY AGAIN STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED WHATS OWED TO ME AND TODAY I'M SENDING MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND WAITING ON PHONE CALLS TO SEE EXACTLY WHY MY CHECK IS NOT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AS OF YESTERDAY. I HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT THEY CLAIMED LAST PAY PERIOD IT WAS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM WITH THE DIRECT DEPOSIT AND SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND EVERYONE WOULD RECIVE A LIVE CHECK. HOWEVER EVERYONE DID NOT SOME PEOPLE GOT DIRECT DEPOSIT, SOME PEOPLE GOT PAPER CHECKS AND SOME DIDN'T GET PAID AT ALL. THE REVIEWS ABOUT NOT BEING PAID ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND STEALING. THEY DONT EVER LET U SPEAK TO ANYONE ONLY EMAILS. WIPRO IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF WICKNESS. I KNOW WHAT I KNOW AND KNOW THEY KNOW I KNOW SOMEHOW I'LL GET ERASED FROM THE SYSTEM AND THEY'LL SAY IT NEVER HAPPENED. I HAVE Proof!!Initial Complaint

This company owes me 40 hours an 6.5 hours of overtime.They said I'd be paid for to time and time again and nothing has been sent for it. I've sent multiple emails along with others trying to the get the money and get no answer.I want my paycheck for those hours plus an additional $900 1 had to take out on a personal loan to make my pavmentsInitial Complaint

I was hired by Wipro 04-11-2020 I signed a contract and thy promised a sign on bonus of $8000. I never received it.******************************************
