      Purchased two products. Received both products. Opened the neck wrap and used it. It wouldn't recharge fully after 36 hours. I reached out to customer service. I was told a replacement would be sent out. After a couple weeks, I received nothing. I have attempted multiple emails and phone calls. Each phone call I was told they would escalate this issue. When I send an email, I am told that they are out of stock and if they come back into stock they will send me one. I have asked multiple times for a return label. Since waiting, I have exceeded the 30 day window to return the unopened product, but I don't want either product now because I fully understand that they don't stand behind their products. When I submit a review (which oddly enough NEVER show up on the review site), I am told to please reach out by email or phone (VERY difficult to reach a live person) and they will make it right. But, that never happens. It's an endless cycle of lies. I have ALL documentation of calls and emails. What I don't have is any resolution.

      Spent $550, waiting and waiting on order, you cannot reach a live person, send countless emails to their email listed on website, never receive a reply (yes I checked spam folder over and over). I really regret ordering from them, and, am appalled that they have zero employees that can answer a call or an email. I am still waiting on order....can't reach anyone if it doesn't show, if I have issues, i will just throw them away b/c there is no one to contact lol.

      False advertising.I was browsing the website for purchase. There was a note on bottom left that said 15% off- so you click and it is to sign up for emails to get the discount. When you do so- they send you a message giving you 10% off.In order to contact someone- I had to call twice over two days, send texts over 2 days, send emails over 2 days and finally a message via messenger to get a response.........I explain my concern- I get a response to use FITNESS for the discount and sorry for the confusion... Fitness gives the 10% discount. I let them know- they again- apologize for the confusion. Please sign up again and if there is an issue- let us know. They have now removed the option to sign up. They then say it was a mistake and they meant that there was a 15% off fathers day discount. This is for limited items and at the top banner. This is NOT the same as the- sign up with email for 15 % off. They said this after TWICE acknowledged that they did see the error. Now I know they are not a reputable company and they keep sending -sorry for the confusion messages. Quite literally FALSE ADVERTISEMENT then insulted my intelligence. I will keep checking their site and will report each time they put that up without honoring it. I

      This company employed classic bait-and-switch tactics with a pair of compression boots advertised on Amazon. There are photos and video of the product. I bought it but received a completely different model. Lifepro then spent the next two weeks after I complained gaslighting me about the model, making up names of various non-existent models, saying I had indeed received the one in the ad, asking me for more and more photos of my model just to waste my time and get me to go away. Finally I reported them to the state attorney general's office and the BBB. A few days later, they suddenly changed the photos on their website and on the Amazon ad, so it will match the product that they sent out. This company is fraudulent and devious. BUYER BEWARE!

      Bought a LifePro Fitness 3D vibration platform from Target and supposed to come with a Lifetime Warranty. It started leaking oil 2 weeks after I got it. I registered the warranty on LifeProFitness website as instructed the day after I received it. After it started leaking I contacted LifePro to see what they could do to fix it or replace because that was advised by the instructions. It said please don't take back to the retailer. After speaking with several agents from LifePro, they said they won't honor the warranty unless it was purchased from Amazon or LifeProFitness. They sell these machines at several major retailers and no where does it offer a disclaimer stating they won't honor the warranty. Bad company to deal with. The customers just read off a script they have been given and you can't get anywhere with them. If you do decide to order one and care about the warranty, get it from Amazon or their site.
