Dealership has delayed in getting me my DMV paperwork I’m required to legally operate my vehicle. My 30 day temporary tags expire tomorrow and Instill have no answers from dealership managers.Business response

Customer purchased a vehicle from another location in Roselle, NJ. We contacted our Roselle location and they confirmed that they delivered the registration to the customer last Friday 2nd August. I spoke to the customer today and he has confirmed he has this and again this was personally delivered to the customer.

Date of Transaction - 4/19/2023 My Wife took the car to the dealership - after 2 hrs i got a video for another car - i called and guided that this is not my car. They said the tech stepped out and will get call back once he is back after waiting for 4 hrs i call back again and guided that no one has called me. The tech guided that the bolt was damaged and now i will have to pay **** to get the bolt replaced . and will cost me **** + to do the service and all This is fraud and i was forced to do it How is it that i had no oil leak and bolt was no good ?How is that i was not guided for 6 hrs and was guided end of day ?how is that i had no car for 3 days ?This is complete fraud and needs to protect locals from themCustomer response
