I don't know if I checked the right boxes. This is confusing. Anyway this is for Ryoparts.com ********** **. I ordered a part on 9-3-22 and was charged $18.19. After not getting a shipping confirmation, I contacted them 3 times with no reply. It is now 9-14-22.. I would like a full refund please and thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on 8/3/22, and have not received anything. My order number is LPUVEDVIQ, and the amount was $22.00. I have emailed them several times, and left several voice mails, with zero response from them. Their voice mailbox is now full. Not from me, but probably others that are in the same predicament as I am. I have talked to four people on ******** that have been ripped off by them, and saw two people on the attorney generals website that are in the same boat, trying to get a resolution. I would like either my order, or my money back, AND for them to shut down their website. At this point, theyre just willfully scamming people, because theyve not seen any repercussions. Also, its not the amount of money thats important to me. Im doing just fine without the $22.00. Its 100% the principle.Initial Complaint

Ordered parts they billed my credit card right away . Been almost 1 month they promised 4-8 days . I emailed and called numerous times with no response . Ive read reviews about this company and it sounds like the are scammers , nobody has gotten any parts from them . They need to be stopped ! Please help , ThanksInitial Complaint

I ordered parts for my top-o-***** cigarette machine on July 4, 2022. I ordered an injector, injector s**** and rubber tip. The invoice number is IN136903. The order is QUHTMWHGD. They have taken my money $14.75, and have not received the parts yet. I emailed them several times and have also called and left voicemails. I have not heard anything from them. On my copy of the invoice on an email says to add ***** normal business days for shipping and processing due to Covid. There is no tracking number either for this invoice. It is well past that now. I want my parts and a refund. After no communication from them I decided to look on the internet to see if they were still in business or what was going on. That is when I seen all the bad reviews. I want my parts that have been paid for, if that is not possible I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Business runs a website RYOParts.com selling repair parts for cigarette rolling machines. Many people including myself have placed orders for parts but orders are never delivered and money is never refunded. This has been going on for over a year... Website needs to be disabled so no one else falls victim to this scam website...Initial Complaint

I ordered 2parts from this company on 6/14/22. It said it would arrive within a week. Now its going on a month and nobody will answer the phone or email. I looked them up online and it seems to be a scam company that does this all the time I just want what I paid for!!!!!
