            The cancellationwill be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing anorder. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orderhas communicated to execution team and they have initiated the process ofworking on their own level.
            Remittance / Amountof payment are received will not be returned back in any case even if thecancellation is placed within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against otherservices or a future order within next 90 days.
            If you found anyproduct or services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on theirwebsite or as per your expectations, you can notify the same to our customerservice within 12 hours of receiving the services. The customer service teamwill be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriateaction to rectify the error and improve their service.
            All cancellationrequests should be sent to their billing department. The cancellation will notbe valid until it is confirmed by the respective department. Cancellationrequests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours ofplacing the order and execution of project has not started already. SellersEngine will not be held responsible for any third party services.
            Refund Policy
            The money backpolicy is not applicable in Sellers Engine, so if you purchase any service, theircompany does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfiedwith their services you can notify the same to our customer service within next12 hours of receiving product. The customer service team will be responsible totake your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify theerror and improve their service. 
            In-case of theirservice, they have flexible payment plans in which a customer can make finalpayment after reviewing the performance of the service within one week fromdelivery.
            Due to the natureof its service, Sellers Engine does not guarantee any refunds upon thecancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment fornext month is released only after reviewing the current month performance.Sellers Engine does not make any guarantee on the basis of custom configurationof software / website ranking / third party services etc. and will not be heldresponsible for any refund claims thereof.
