we use Solterra for waste service for a long time, things were going ok till two month ago, we contacted them to pick up our trash twice a week, they started skipping and coming only once, and then they didn't show up at all, we left the trash on the curb on Thursday night of last week, its Wednesday of this week and they didn't show up, when we called on Monday they told us they will show up on their regular time on Tuesday, when they didn't show up on Tuesday, I called them today and they were very rude and basically said we will have to wit till Friday, and they will do double pick up, and I asked why they are not showing up as normal, she told me she doesn't have to explain to me, when I asked for my service to be called due to the fact that its a health concern to leave the garage out for a week, birds and animals go thru and create a mass, she told me she will cane my service but I will not get a refund (they charge quarterly in advance, ( so basically no service and no refund)Initial Complaint

The business refused to provide a service which we paid for. They skipped over my home for trash pickup 2x in a row and refused to come back although we paid for this service. When calling the company, I spoke to a woman named **** who claimed to be the office manager and refused to provide her last name. She told me this is how its going to be and did not care that it was unsanitary practices.Initial Complaint

I have been a customer of ********************** for a few years now with a 96 gallon trash pail that gets collected twice a week. On Thursday March 17, the pail was destroyed by their truck, a large whole was torn into the back and the lid was ripped off. I called the office and explained what happened, the woman told me that they were back ordered on the 96 gallon pails and would drop off a 64 gallon pail for my use until a 96 came in at the end of the month. I waited for this to happen until April 11 when I called again and was told to leave the pail out and it would be exchanged on Thursday April 14, but by 3 pm it hadn't happened so I called again and was told to do the same thing on Monday 4/18 and the exchange would happen and even gave my a credit of $7.50 for the difference of the 96 gl to the 64 gl pail. On Monday still nothing so I called again was told that the pail is fine and that I have been paying for a 64 gl all this time and that I wasn't getting a 96 gl pail unless I paid more. I just paid for this quarter on April 1. I had a 96 gl pail, they destroyed it, I want them to replace the exact pail they destroyed.. The very nasty office manager is rude and she insisted that no one pays as little as I do, but I have talked to many neighbors who have the same 96 gl pail paying just about what I pay. ( which I am not really even interested in). I already paid $89.95 for three months of twice a week 96 gallon trash pail and that's what I want, the service that I paid in full for, just because they destroyed the pail I don't think they can change up the terms that was agreed to when I paid in full already. As I stated I have been a good, on time paying customer with a 96 gl pail for years. I started paying in the 70 dollar range and it has gone up over the years to almost $90. I just want the service I already paid for.
