3rd time having MaidPro of ********** clean our house and they left it in shambles. I specifically told them not to MOVE anything- not only did they move everything in the house (including tables, chairs and decor) but they broke picture frames and unbelievably, a kitchen pendant light. Why they would try to install a light shade on our pendant (which was being returned for $97 but is now broken) is beyond my comprehension. I am missing several items of great value (including a $2700 Louis ******* bag). Additionally, they went INSIDE my private drawers to throw whatever they came across in. I opened my closet door (which they were instructed not to enter) and one shelf is off the rack due to them piling over 30 pounds of items on it. I have reached out to the local media and the bank to cancel payment as they now owe ** money. I have provided ******** as well as *** the pictures of the mess and destruction they left.Business response

MaidPro has been in business since **** and serves North ******* through a network of over 200 franchise offices providing professional residential home cleaning service. MaidPro always strives to provide the highest level of service and to always operate with integrity and honesty. In regard to the complaint by ***********************, we are sorry she was not completely satisfied with the cleaning service on Feb. 2nd, 2022. We have been in contact with both ***** and ********************* regarding the cleaning on Feb. 2nd in order to resolve their concerns. As per Ms. ******* refund request, we provided a full refund to her credit card on Feb. 8th, 2022. In regard to any property she believes was taken, we have notified her that the appropriate procedure is to file a police report with her local police department. MaidPro will cooperate fully with any investigation by the police. With respect to any property she believes was damaged during the clean, we sent her an insurance claim form if she wishes to file a claim. This should address all the concerns in the complaint.
