WE ORDERED THESE ROLLERS IN NOVEMBER. AT FIRST THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE LONGER. WHEN THEY WERE 3 WEEKS OVERDUE THEY TOLD US THEY CAME IN DAMAGED AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 12 WEEKS. NOW THEY KEEP TELLLING US IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER 5-7 WEEKS. THIS IS ALREADY WAY PAST DUE ON OUR PROJECT AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT OF VARIOUS OTHER REVIEWS HAVING ISSUES AS WEL. READ THE FULL CHAIN TO SEE THE LIES AND RESPONSES WE WOULD CONTINUALLY GET. PHONES ARE NOT WORKING, I WAS SICK FOR OVER A WEEK AND COULDN'T EMAIL BACK. THE ITEMS CAME IN DEFECTIVE SHOWING NO PROOF. THEY ARE SCAMMERS..,Initial Complaint

We were promised delivery of "Crush Washers" on November 11, 2023. When the parts did not show up we were told they would be a few days late. When the parts still did not show up they told us it would be an additional 2-3 weeks. Now it has been 3 weeks and the vendor will not reply to us when we attempt to check status.Business response

Hello, Due to the delay caused by the factory, the products could not be prepared and shipped to the customer on time. This delay was constantly conveyed to the customer as updated information. As soon as the products arrived, they were prepared to be shipped to the customer as quickly as possible. As a result of the evaluation of the cancellation application submitted to us by our customer, our customer's request was approved and the payment was refunded to the customer on December 21, 2023. Since the products were produced specifically for the customer, we sent the products to our customer free of charge on December 27, 2023. Thank youCustomer response
