      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DISHONEST!On January 20th, 2019, I booked an NJ Limo party bus for my wifes 50th birthday for a night out on the town with friends. The party bus was to take us to dinner at a local restaurant followed by dancing at an *** club.On January 19th, New Jersey declared a state of emergency (Governor ****** Executive Order no.50) from an impending winter (ice) storm. The storm prohibited driving any vehicles in New Jerseys northern corridor the area in which we live for the duration of the ** Limo contracted hours.However, even with the State of Emergency, ** Limo and Bus insisted they were capable of driving in treacherous conditions. They were willing to put my family and friends at risk. I had to point out to them the portion of the contract where it states..."If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is unable to perform the service as contracted for its liability shall be limited to no more than a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder.After an Essex County court (case/docket ESX SC-******-20) ruling to reimburse the down payment (plus court fees), followed by certified letters of demand by lawyers representing the case, this company has yet to make payment. They even failed to appear in court which speaks volumes about how they feel about ***************** Judicial system.This company does not value the safety of its customers, nor does it stand by the terms of its contracts.       DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would provide them with negative stars if that was an option!I booked a party bus with them in October of this year to go to the winery with some friends. Initially, the sales individual I spoke with was very helpful (which now I know was just her eagerness to take my money and then disappear). When I spoke with her I agreed to book with them specifically because she stated that I did not need to pay until right before the service was rendered. Contrary to our agreement, I was charged sooner than expected, with a card I had not approved the use of, causing my bank account to overdraft. I sent an email requesting a refund to which I was ignored, I then tried calling the company. When I finally got someone on the phone I was passed along to multiple individuals (who were completely rude and would not provide me with their names when asked). The final individual I spoke with was completely disrespectful and out of line - he told me that I should "learn manage my money better." After explaining to him that the the whole purpose my agreement with the woman I originally spoke with when booking of when I was supposed to pay was because another individual from our group was going to be paying, he agreed to make an exception and refund the charges. I was told that the refund would be received in 3-5 business days, after which I requested a confirmation of this via email, at which point the individual hung up on me. I then sent and email to the company once again requesting a confirmation of the refund, to which they never responded. I proceeded to try calling the company multiple times, and after being either ignored or hung up on when I was able to get an individual on the phone. Because of this (and the fact that I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE SERVICE) I decided to file a claim with my bank for the fraudulent charges. I just received work back from my bank that my claim was unapproved. The owner Sheikh wrote a letter to my bank making false claims about telling me there were no refund and that I allegedly "refused" (because you know who wouldn't want to give over free money to a company). Because of this my bank is now once again going to be over drafted, and I am going to have to try and dispute charges once again.Do yourselves a favor and unless you want to just essentially throw money away and have to deal with the unnecessary stress, do not bother with this company.

      My client booked this company for a private event and not only did they not send the shuttle they contracted for due to our vehicle being stuck in traffic elsewhere, more than 2/3 of our guests ended up having to find their own transportation to the event. They never notified us there was any sort of issue until I called after hearing from a guest, who arrived over an hour after they were supposed to, that the shuttle never showed up. The owner is now refusing to reimburse my client for services they didnt perform. The shuttle was late, the owner was rude and continually spoke over me when trying to come to a resolution. I reached out the Monday after their event and never heard a word back after continually following up for 3 weeks! Their own driver encouraged my client to push for a refund as they didnt perform the services contracted.
