My HVAC was frozen pipe outside, called them and they come for service on 7.26, without any diagnosis he said its just freon issue, they fill freon only and charged me $650. Within a week freon ran out, I contacted them on Aug 3 morning to come fix issue but he didnt show up. He said at 4PM on Aug 3 that he will come next day, again on Aug 4 he didnt come saying its Sunday, he come on Aug 5 (promised to come by 11AM but show up 1PM, asked me that I have to pay again $100 for freon (they provide 12 month warranty) but again asked for money. I paid $100, they said I have to replace compressor under warranty, for that he will charge again $1200, aug 6 he came and he is saying he replace compressor, now I am not even sure if he did that part, aug 7 again same issue in morning, I reported complaint, he came and told me that my filter was issue, I told him you put in filter last time I didnt do anything, HVAC worked for few hours, again same issue, called for help on Aug 8, he didnt show up, called on Aug 9 he didnt show up, I went on vacation for week, again called for Aug 18 (he refused), again called for Aug 19, he kept on telling he is coming but no show, he kept promising he will come even at 9PM but now show, now he is fake promising for tomorrow. I want my money back from him.
