      On April 4, 2022, I went to the store to get a dress for my sons wedding. They measured me for the dress and ordered it based on the measurements they too. When I called to pick it up they told me if I was not having it altered by them then I should just come and pick it up. So at the end of Dec I went in and picked up the dress. Yesterday 1/16 I took the dress to my dressmaker and when I put it on it was too small. I called the store today and the owner was belligerent and told me I should have tried it on before I took it. I said they never asked me to and he called me a child - saying dont you know better. I was never asked to try it on and would have if they said I had to. Then he proceeded to tell me that it could not possibly be too small because they order big, but he did not have time to look up my account saying he was too busy to do that. He accused my seamstress of ruining the dress, but we could not do anything because it was too small. He actually hung up on me. I understand that there are no refunds but I can not wear the dress based on their measurements and ordering so want my money back. I refuse to work with a store that has no regard for their customers.

      On April 4th 2022 this client purchased a blue dress. We measured her for size (6). Her friend made a comment how lucky that she is size 6. Her response was Ive always been a size 6. The dress came in May 11 2022 and we let her know. Three weeks later, she called me telling me her future daughter-in-law wants her to wear navy blue. After a lot of back and forth with the manufacturer I was able to switch to navy blue at a cost to me of $47 for shipping (back and forth). In June 2022 we let her know the navy dress was on the way and she was very happy. She picked up her dress mid-October 2022. I asked her about alterations and she replied that her girlfriend is a seamstress and shell do the alteration. I did not hear from her until January 2023, saying that we measured her wrong, the dress is too small and she wants her money back. I asked her to bring the dress in so we can look at it. She said I close at 5pm and she cant come because she works. I offered that she comes on Saturday. She asked what are you going to do for me. I answered well make sure the dress will fit you only if your friend didnt alter the dress. She started screaming and I asked her to calm down and not scream. She did not stop screaming and after she continued not to calm down and reason, I hang up the phone. It is likely her seamstress friend tried to alter the dress and ruined it. You can understand the intentions of the client by seeing her ****** review for my store (I will mail this response via mail as well to include a picture of the ****** review): "Do not walk, run away from this store. The owner is pushy when buying and belligerent if there is a problem. I bought the dress for my sons wedding. I was having a friend do the alterations so I picked up the dress and when I tried it on to get altered it was too small. I call the store to tell them and the owner refused to listen and continued to tell me he was too busy to care. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer and will tell anyone who will listen to boycott this store.

      I am rejecting this response because:the owner is a complete liar. I order the dress in early summer. He never measured me for a 6 the dress is a 10. I never said I was a 6. When I called about the color, he said that they had just started cutting my dress and that he should be happy to get it in the navy and if need be he could certainly sell the other dress. I came in to get the dress sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas. My friend had never touched the dress - I needed two people to zip it up and could barely walk in it the very first time I put it on. When I called he immediately told me he had no idea who I was or which dress I had purchased so I asked him to look it up in the computer and he could not take the time. He was a busy man. He became belligerent and called me a child door not trying on the dress when I came to pick it up. I was never told to try it on or even asked if I wanted to when I went in to try it on. He made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with me. I did not go in on Saturday because I do not need to be treated that way by anyone , let alone a business that I paid a service to. When I originally pickup the dress the owner was all sweet and sugary and even asked if I would ask my seamstress if she would be will to do some work for them. 

       

      I should have read the reviews before I ever purchased anything at this store because when I did finally read them I was not surprised how many people had issues with them.
