I am writing to formally file a complaint against Allied Moving *********** for unprofessional conduct, failure to honor contractual obligations, discriminatory behavior, and improper additional charges.I recently contracted Allied Moving *********** for a move related to military relocation. The issues began when the company failed to follow our clear and specific instructions on how to properly enter the military base. Their lack of attention to these important logistics caused significant delays and frustration.Additionally, the company did not meet the agreed-upon delivery date or time, which was explicitly outlined in our contract. Despite this, no effort was made to rectify the situation, and no compensation or explanation was provided for this breach of contract.I also experienced discriminatory treatment from the owner of the company. While communicating with me, the owner spoke in a disrespectful and condescending manner, significantly different from how he addressed my husband. This unprofessional and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it reflects a disregard for respectful customer service.Furthermore, when the movers arrived to pick up our items, we were suddenly charged an additional $1,700 above the original quote. Allied Moving *********** refused to honor the original contract until we paid the extra amount, leaving us no choice but to comply in order to proceed with the move. This feels like an unscrupulous business practice and a violation of the terms we had previously agreed upon.I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Allied Moving ***********. I am requesting an investigation into their business practices and hope that appropriate actions are taken to ensure other consumers do not face similar experiences.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Irreplaceable family heirlooms completely destroyed! Dont trust these con artists. They are incompetent, unscrupulous and will throw your things into a truck with complete disregard. The pictures tell you everything you need to know. These cannot be replaced. It was all that I had from my late parents home. And they completely LOST an antique Royal typewriter. The antique items from the 1800s were not just scratched or damaged. There were completely destroyed. Smashed. Cant fix!

I booked my move through ******** where I was not made aware they were just a broker. Once they scheduled my move they quoted me 3500 dollars where I signed a contract with them. Upon pick up (which was a day late with no call to explain) I was told my new cost was 8300 almost 5000 more than what I was quoted. In a bind of having to move immediately, I had to pay this extreme price. They did not accept card payments so I had to pay by means of Venmo where I sent all my money to a random number. Very sketchy. After not hearing from anyone about when my delivery would happen I began calling and was told it would actually take 5-10 business days. After A WHOLE MONTH of calling everyday for an update where I was constantly told they had no updates for me, my stuff finally arrived. It arrived in a truck that it was not loaded into where I had learned my stuff was brought to a warehouse unloaded and left for weeks before being loaded back up and driven up. Upon opening the truck up the first thing I see is my boyfriends vintage motorcycle with the clutch and breaks broken off and on the ground. The parts alone to fix this bike are astronomical as they do not make these specific parts anymore. EVERY SINGLE BOX was crushed beyond belief with massive holes in them. EVERY piece of furniture has extreme damage that is unfixable. There is grease all over my white fabric couch and cowhide chairs. My bed frame is incredibly scratched and will have to be thrown away. My mattress also will need to be thrown away because although it was in a sealed protective cover it was ripped open and appears to have large urine spots that smell beyond belief. They also tried unloading a refrigerator and a sleeper sofa that were not mine. They kept insisting they were mine almost to the point I had to yell at them just to get them to understand it was not mine.

*********.This move was horror story from the start. Ended up paying twice as much as the original quote to start. Of course, they don't tell you this until moving day when you have no choice but to accept it. Come delivery day at the new house and the truck breaks down and is towed back to their warehouse. A couple of days later, a delivery come's to the new house but only a third of our stuff is delivered. The load was split up at the warehouse! We then receive another load 3 weeks later after the warehouse finds more, but we are still missing furniture and dishes. The third load is found "in a corner" of the warehouse. 2 weeks later it is still delivered. We are still missing a few items buy trying to make a claim is impossible using their program. We decided it was not worth it. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company!!!!

Minus ********************* is a fraud as the other customer reviews stated. Broker Trident ********************** Services LLC took my quote and handed it off to Allied Moving Group LLC. Trident initially under quotes and then calls a few days before the move to do another inventory of items and right away they tack on additional fees (Bait and Switch). The salesperson then states you have more items which I didn't. This guy was arrogant and stated they won't pick up my belongings unless I pay another $500.00. When Allied movers arrived, the mover walked in and said you have more stuff before even doing an inventory, and you need to Zelle $500.00 to another guy, or we won't take your stuff. These crooks are taking advantage of vulnerable people who have a timeline and make you pay extra, or you don't get your stuff. I was told by ******* (broker) the truck would pick up my belongings and deliver 5 to 7 days. It has been 3 weeks and I keep getting information that the truck is coming this weekend, but it never shows up. I've called every Monday for an update only to hear the truck never left ********** for the East Coast to pick up my belongings from the warehouse. Both companies are not telling the truth.

If I could give negative starts I would. These people are criminals taking advantage of good people. We hired movers to make our move across the country less stressful, and they made it the worst experience imaginable. We used a broker that quoted us entirely too low, which allied moving group is aware of. They never reach out before hand to do a proper estimate. They showed up and the first thing they did was heat up noodles in my microwave. Then they did a walk around and bumped up our original 10k quote to 18k. When they had the truck halfway packed he said that its more stuff than expected and bumped the price up again to 21k! So we had to pay more and more because they arent competent enough to do a proper estimate. Our original quote more than doubled. My husband asked the mover to please explain the price and the guys just looked at him blankly and kept pointing and the cubic feet on his paper. We didnt have a choice but to keep going and pay because we had to be out of the house. They actually left a few things behind and left all their trash. They were rude and made me feel uneasy. Then they asked my husband for a tip. They only take cash as well, which is a huge red flag. We had to Venmo some random dude multiple transactions. This was just the most unprofessional, unethical company Ive ever experienced in my life. I will be reporting them to the **** I will do whatever it takes to put these people out of business.

HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. **************** rep was absolutely horrible to me. I have proof and documentation that they screwed up and he called me a liar on the phone. My stuff is three weeks late. And they bumped my estimate $3000 from what it original was. Absolutely horrible business.

Do not use this company. They will jack the price up and then change the delivery date and then they try to charge you to expedite your delivery.

If there was a zero wed give them that! They are SCAMMERS! They chard us higher fees when they got to our home then the driver wanted cash or cash app when the manager said theyd take *****. Cash app wouldnt allow the full amount so they took our goods and put in storage. Now they want another $2500 plus balance. Were hiring an attorney! DONT USE THEM!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! certainly wish I saw all the comments on this site before I decided to go with this company. What a nightmare... I had a agragrate of all the issues listed below. I started with the broker (NEVER NEVER DO THIS!!!!!!) They lied basically about everything had you sign a contract immediately so you did not read all the fine print of the 5 page yellow document. I was charged again and again.... first **** extra when the movers came, then 500 extra cause they said they couldn't get into the complex we live in (why they did not know this up front is beyond me) They kept promising delivery and I waited and waited and waited.... ***** knew where the truck was or had any idea when it would arrive. They kept handing me over to someone else cause ***** wanted to deal with my move. What a disappointment, I am renting a uhaul today with any hope meeting the driver and getting my stuff..... I want this nightmare to end!!!! Never never use this company you will regret it!!!!!
