I had a deer hit to my car on Nov 15th and took it to Freehold Collision for body work. Left the car with them for work on Nov 20th. The dispute are the following:1. They called me on Dec 16th that the car was ready ( see Dec16-1456.png), but when I went to pickup the car they deliberately disabled the left indicator on the car and claimed it was not ready to be given. This means they cannot charge me Item number in 131, POST REPAIR SCAN +25% in Freehold_Collision_IncorrectItems.pdf 2. They called me on Dec 17th and asked me to make an appointment with ***** of ********* to get the left turn indicator issue fixed for which they will reimburse me. Listen to ?Dec17-1343.mp3. I got that done and haven't been reimbursed yet. See the **** from ***** of ********* **************Bill.pdf 3. Most important fraud - I scanned the **** again at home and found out they have charged me a Towing fee of $1450.10 + Tax @6.625% on it which comes to $96. The car was never towed. I had driven the car to their establishment for which I have travel logs in my ***** app. I explained to them the same on Dec 20th 9:03am by calling (listen to Dec20-0903.mp3). They said they will look into it. I called them again on that day in the evening to get an update. This time they said it's storage cost that is showing up as Towing. That's false. Even so, they cannot charge storage cost to customer (listen to ******************** refund I expect from them = $1450.10 + $272.68 + $96 + $281.25 = $2100.03 Also, I need a big apology from them for holding my car collateral and harassing me in paying out of my pocket when I was only supposed to pay them $500 of my deductible. If you look at their ****** reviews, they have done the same to a number of other customers.
