      Dear Toyota, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express a significant safety concern regarding my newly purchased in oct 2023 Toyota Sienna XSE, with VIN xxxxx, from the Freehold DCH Toyota dealership. Upon using the rear entertainment system, I discovered a critical design flaw that poses a hazard. When the monitor is opened, it obstructs the view of the rearview mirror, rendering it impossible to see anything behind the vehicle. This issue is especially alarming for families, as it compromises the safety of both passengers and other road users. I kindly request your immediate intervention to address this matter. I propose that the dealership be notified to consider incorporating a digital mirror system as a solution. This modification would allow for unobstructed visibility, ensuring the safety of the driver and passengers without compromising the entertainment features of the vehicle. It is disconcerting to encounter such a design flaw in a Toyota model, a brand renowned for its commitment to safety and quality. I trust that Toyota will take swift action to rectify this issue, ensuring the satisfaction and safety of its valued customers. I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request updates on the resolution process. I already contacted the dealership service and sales and they asked to contact toyota and they cannot do anything in this matter.

      Typical dealer scams. Etching, nitro, paperwork fee than title fees, appearance fee, markup on everything. We were told we needed to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle while it was in shipment and we decided to cancel since we got a better deal. Thats when they tried to tell ** that it was non refundable yet the car hasnt even arrived. Now I will fight with credit card company. Dont buy from them. They pull all the typical car stealership tactics. Lowball your trade in, fees on top of fees, $5k mark *******

      I went to this dealership in 06/2022 to buy a new Toyota Sienna 2022. The car dealer **** told me that it will take 3-6 months to get new car and i will have to pay $3000 over sticker price. I agreed to the terms since i know there was car chip shortage at that time. I signed agreement and put down $2500 deposit. Now, 8 months later they could not find me a new Sienna and always made some excuses. They did finally offer me a new Sienna 2023, but they told me I have to pay $5k over sticker price. So, after waiting 8 months i still had to pay more than agreed price. I was furious and cancelled by contract immediately. Now, I have to restart again and wait in line with some other dealership. It is so frustrating. They did refund my $2500 deposit in a few weeks or so after ranting to manager.

      I advise everyone to stay clear of this place. They over charged me and said they told me that the 29 thousand dollar car I bought was in the clear on car faxs. To find out this car was in two accidents. When I went back to talk to manager he said I signed the car fax. When I said to him you hand me a ton of paperwork and I signed, I did not know that it was can fax. I asked the employee ****** if the car was in accident and he said it was clear. I made a mistake and did not read the paperwork. When I told the manger that he doesnt have to answer to me when I knew I was losing the batter he would answer to god himself for being a thief he trough me out of his office. I guess I hit a nerve. I will be losing about 9 thousand dollars by the time this car is turned over and put out by a wholesaler. This place is for you if you want to be robbed.

      we recently purchased toyota venza XLE from DCH toyota.. Its an excellent car and we traded our old venza for a low price compared to today's market for old cars. My husband actually went to the dealership to service our old venza and he fell in love with this venza.. Unfortunately after bringing this vehicle home we took couple of drives with family and for some reasons i got headache because of the very dark interior. ( we usually pick light interior) .. my husband didn't pay attention while purchasing as he didn't know this will cause health issues to me.Some how we felt it was a mistake and we wanted to rectify immediately. considering my health issues, we wanted to exchange the car and we requested them to get us a new venza with light interior and with a moon roof. we were ready to pay the difference on limited edition. But the dealership ruthlessly told sale is FINAL. We have to trade in this new car(that's the only option) and that will be considered as new transaction. We change our car once in 10yrs. this is our 3rd toyota. and 2nd from DCH Freehold. with in 12 hrs this brand new venza (not even 100miles driven)we have to look for a trade in? I am wondering whether the dealership never helped their customers in the past with Exchange due to different reasons. ***** TO is the one who worked on the paper work and sale. I have seen people trading their 2018 or 19 car for the same price they paid due to the market demand. In this market this Venza will get sold with out any hassles for them. I understand the paperwork reversal and their time. We would have happily agreed to pay the documentation fee for the mistake on our side. I thought the dealership will value customer happiness and satisfaction. Simply they told if we need different car i will have to lose 10k. Now we are going to various dealership seeking help.they all have clearly mentioned DCH should have helped you in this case for exchange.. they told " We would have helped our customers in similar circumstances". We feel sorry for giving business to DCH Freehold as they care only about their sales. This is a painful situation for us and we feel sorry for choosing DCH toyota.
