      Placed an order for pop-up greeting cards on March 1, 2023. Received order confirmation via email: order *****, total $51.55. Contacted company at one month, when nothing had been received. Emails to them go ignored or if you try to reply to a previous email from them, that email no longer exists. Have received several emails stating the order is on the way or they provide the tracking, but the tracking does not work and nothing has arrived 7 weeks later. The website changes, the contact info changes. If you dig enough on their sites (today it's "Paper Art" instead of "Cherishes") the info states they are located in Ireland?!? This company should be banned from any business doings whatsoever. Nothing but a scam. Hope the BBB gets them shut down so others don't fall for this.

      Placed an order on Feb 26, 2023. Contacted company 3 times about not receiving gift. I have the order #****. All I get for the past 3 weeks is order is on its way. I asked for a tracking #. They gave me one but thats it no where to track it thru. It is now 1 month and 5 days later no gift yet.

      Purchased a wreath which was in-stock on 2/10/22. We needed this for a house showing on 2/19/22.Confirmation email stated, "The process of stocking and packing for available products normally takes 1-3 business days, plus 3-4 business days for personalized/handcrafted products. Delivery time for Jewelry products is around 5-8 working days, Clothing products is **** working days and for Others is ***** working days."After not hearing from the company since placing the order, we reached out to know the status of the item. Here's their response, "Your order has shipped and on the way to your address. We will notify you via email to update the shipment status.The estimated delivery date is Feb *****th. The logistics company is trying their best to deliver your order as soon as possible."With the late delivery, we requested a cancelation and refund. This is their response, "Your order was shipped a few days ago and we are still waiting for the tracking number which will be updated from the carrier. We will notify the shipment status for you as soon as we receive it from the carrier.Please wait up to 48 hours and if there is no new information displayed after that, please feel free to contact us. The estimated delivery date is Feb 28-March 5th."This company failed to meet their promise of 4-7 days. Is now stating a month delivery?! Ridiculous! Total faud! Continuously changed the expected delivery/ shipment date with NO tracking number! We went ahead and notified the credit card company to dispute the charge. Buyer beware! On a side note, company lists BBB on their website, yet, here BBB reflects they are not an affiliated company? Need I say more?

      I ordered a Pickleball ornament on 11/26/2021 the total w shipping is $19.20. I received an Email stating it was being sent to DHL on 12/2/2021. I followed up w them and now they say **** is issue. Its been 2 weeks and they didnt even get shipper name correct. I want my money back.

      I placed an order on 19-November in the amount of $53.91 (order CG686145). On 24-Nov I inquired about the expected shipping date via the customer support email. On ****** the company responded to my email with a ship date that was much later than I expected. I responded the same day asking them to cancel my order. I have not received a response to cancel my order after following up twice on 30-Nov and 02-Dec. On 02-Dec I received a notification that the shipping label was prepared. As of 03-Dec, the tracking information shows the order has not yet shipped.There is no phone number or chat service available to get ahold of a live person to discuss this issue. Since I have not received a response to my emails since 25-Nov, I am hoping the BBB can help me with cancelling my order.
