During 9/2022 I purchased two nicad batteries for my old **** Walkman. These are special flat "gum stick' style batteries and are difficult to find. I was happy to find the items online, and ordered them through either Amazon or **** (sorry - it has been a while and I forget site which I used). Upon receiving the two batteries I inserted them into my Walkman and the device would not turn on. I removed the batteries and inserted them into the original **** gum stick battery charger that came with the Walkman, but they would not charge. I took the batteries to the *********** and returned them to the organization listed on the shipping label - "RESURS2 Corp.", ***********************************************************************. To date (four months later) I've heard nothing, and when I call their number I hear a voice message saying that the number is "not in service". There was no receipt included in the box containing the two gum stick batteries so I have nothing to forward to you. All I have is the shipping receipt from the ***********. I would like a refund.Business response

I ordered (online) a replacement battery for my old **** Walkman, which uses a hard-to-find nicad "gumstick" style battery. After I received the battery from "RESURS2 Corp" I inserted it into my device and nothing happened. Then, I put the battery into the device's original battery charger (charger's function light came on) and checked back a couple of hours later. Put the battery into the device and again nothing happened. On 9/21/22 I used the **** to send the battery back to RESURS2 Cor along with a note describing the problem (battery won't work, or take a charge). To date (10/7/22) I have received no response. I went online and located a phone number for "RESURS2 Corp" but when I dialed it a recording told me that the line was "not in service". The address I have for "RESURS2 Corp" is *****************************************************************.Business response
