      I purchased three BH **** v2 cameras in 2015 , 2017, 2019, The cameras worked fine until sometime in 2020, when I could no longer access the cameras when not on my home network. They still work fine when I access the BayIt Home Automation app when I'm on my home network, but not when I try to access the cameras remotely thru the BayIt Home app. All the previous they all worked fine. Something happened to the bayit company or servers and they did not notify. Over the last 3 years, I've submitted BayIt online support requests and have called numerous times, with no response at all. The phone number you list in BayIt's BBB profile is an active phone number, but it goes to voicemail, and no response ever occurs. I need their customer support to resolve this problem of inability to access the cameras remotely, or else a refund of $200. Again this camera worked fine before 2020. After 2020 it all just stopped working remotely. The equipment is fine, is bayit still in business??

      Hello,

      Unfortunately, we no longer sell or provide technical support for these products. Additionally, all products come with a 1 year guaranteed warranty, so we are unable to assist in this matter.

      Hello AJ,

      Our Bayit Home cameras have been discontinued and we no longer provide technical support for these devices. Also, all of our products come with a standard 1 year warranty and in this case the warranty on your cameras' has expired, so we are unable to issue a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: There was no emails or warnin to the user. No explanation. Just ended as if those millions of users that bought your product no have to thriw it in the garbage.  Refund required. some compensation.
