This information is for anyone that uses Arthur Edwards property management.This management company is awful as well as, the president and association. The Pointe in ******* is not a harmonious place as described in the monthly newsletter. I was nothing but polite and respectful to everyone I always encountered until last year. Let me share my experience. I was walking my dog and people who rent one of the units, *****************************, her daughter ***** and son-in-law ********************* had their dog off the leash. This triggered me and I behaved using foul language. Very foul language which I take full accountability. I was videotaped and put on ******* and ********* However, my recorder was activated on my phone prior because this dog is always off leash and aggressively barks and lunges. After the incident occurred it was reported to the association by the woman and a special meeting was held as to what kind of person I was because she was in fear. I should be the one in fear. I called the police which was a complete waste of time. They didnt even have the decency to open up their door which proves a point. I was threatened by the womans son-in-law. The association sent threatening letters without hearing any of my input. It is different rules for different people I guess. Moreover, I am now being bullied by certain residents who look like adults but are really infants.

The Pointe in ******* is not a harmonious place as described by the ********** ******************************* in the monthly newsletter. Moreover, communication is not the Managing agent ***************** strongest suit. If there is communication, it is one sided. If *************** does reply one might think that his demeanor is upbeat, even condescending. In return this makes the resident feel like their concerns are not being taken seriously. When you ask them a question they are misleading in the information they provide. And, lastly if you have a neighbor dispute one side of the story is favorable in their eyes rather than a HOA alternative dispute.
