They sold me shoes they didn't have in stock. I contacted them and they resolved it to switching to another pair of size 14 ones. They also reached out a week or two later and said that one wasn't in stock. They offered a gift card but seems like no point as they don't have size 14s. Just trying to get my refund. They also use a BBB accredited business in their emails when they are not.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on Sunday November 26th at 7:43pm. My computer used my old address from years ago when I used Apple Pay as the Shipping which was different from the Billing. I immediately notified the company on Sunday that the shipping was incorrect. I contacted the company Sunday, all day Monday, and Tuesday. On Monday I chatted with someone and then had me on online chat hold the entire business day. I told them that since they would not allow me to change the shipping address, I was allowed by law to cancel the order, as the law allows 72 hours for cancellation. The state their policy is a zero cancellation policy and a zero change of address policy. Wednesday at 7am they sent me a shipping notification. Thursday at 2:27pm the customer service replied to me, Looks like our timing might've missed the ***** and your order is all set to hit the road.This business is running a scam that is against the law. In ******* where I ordered this product we also have a 72 hour right to cancel law. I would like them notified of their illegal policy and I would then forced to change their policy. Additionally, I want a refund for my item, and punitive damages.Initial Complaint

I bought my daughter floafers. Less than 30 days after purchase it ripped from top to bottom making it unable to wear. These shoes were expensive and were worn a *** of 10 times for 2 hours. I went online and saw they back their products for 30 days. I emailed the company and they ask for photos. They then declared this doesn't fall under the warranty because the sole looks worn. It was worn but not for long enough to warrant such tearing. I emailed the company several times only for them to reply with the same Generic email. It can't be that this product passed a quality inspection. It literally ripped after handful of wearings. Floafers customer service sucks! I feel responsible to let people o there know that they are being ripped off. I only feel it is right for the company to refund me or send me a new pair.
