They delivered the wrong item trying to sell me the smaller item for the price I paid for the big one. Driver didnt let us open the box to inspect item. Policy of the seller asked us to open and inspect the delivery item and to return it on the spot in case of damages. But the driver wont let us open.Business response

Ive inquire an item a specific model number of their availability in their inventory, they told me they have ************** their warehouse. The item I want was Winco RW-S450. Id need it in a hurry and then proceed to order 10 of them. 1. It was indicated that it will be shipped out ***** hours when in stock but Id had to chased them down before it was shipped.2. After a long wait delivery came and they sent an incorrect item, they deliver Winco RW-S451. Id called them and they told me everything in their system shows it was for 450 and not *****. They then came back telling me that 451 is the same as 450, it is a similar product. I did not authorize any substitution of my item, I ordered 450 and that is what I want.4. They lie once again telling me that it was shipped from the manufacturer, which initially telling me from their warehouse.5. I requested that either they send me the correct model or I will need a refund. They told me that I need to pay for shipping the wrong items back to them and once they get it then will issue me a refund. It is not my mistake as I did not get the item I ordered nor did they ask me if I can accept 451 i/o 450. There is no reason for me to be. responsible for shipping return if they are at fault.This company is a scam and has threaten in not giving me a refund. They lie from the start.Business response

You may reach ******************* at ************. He said the 450 has been updated and the latest model is the 451. One of the differences is the power change from 84 W to 103 W. Please note that you are getting the latest and greatest model of the rice warmer and you are getting a free upgrade to the newer model.

I am rejecting this response because:The fact of the matter is that IVE ORDERED WINCO RW-S450 at the start and NOT 451.
It doesnt matter if the model has been updated or how similar it is!!! Do you get the point here???
To me it is a scam, I ordered one product and it was replaced without my authorization!
Your company has no respect for customers and when fault is at your end you just try to avoid it.
Why do I need to speak with manufacturer as I know what I ordered, it is not my responsibility.
One other thing is that the model 451 was sold for a much lower price which is a difference.
Your company is DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
