This pharmacy has been giving me problems since the day i started with them about 6 months ago. They continually wouldn't keep mty medicine in stock and would make me have to go back to my doctor, an hour a way to get a new prescription. After messing up several times, i had to get special prior authorization from my insurance company and my doctor mailed in my prescription. They krpt saying they didnt get it and then magically they would bring it on sunday when there is no mail. After 2 months of this, i called Saturday to find out if they got my script again. I proceeded to ask the pharmacist to please check the mail because I cant keep going on and off these medications. Its physically dangerous. My doctor has repeatedly told me that and that pharmacist (not ******) wouldn't give me his name, said "i dont have it. What do you want me to do? Do you think that youre t y e only one with problems. Ive been out with covid for over a week. I font know whats going on but that i could go F**k myself and thatIF he gets my prescription, he'll rip it up or send it back to yhe doctor. He said im not filling anything for you. Youre a nagging, complaining, b**tth annd now you figure out what you are going to do. Now its monday. 2 days without several medications. 2 of which can literally kill me. I have to find a new pharmacy, have the doctor resend the scripts again& have the pharmaciy changed by the insurance company. (Not simply as they think uoure pharmacy hopping) i am mot a drug addict looking for a fix. I am a permanently disabled from a car accident in which I needed several back ************** am battling cancer for the second time. Living this way is killing me. The stress is almost unbearable and I feel so sick that its hard to even make the phone calls as im in excruciating pain and now am losing the use of my left leg because of the neuropathy and not taking the medication. My doctor says that I can have a heart attack & die going without it. Help me pleaseBusiness response

********************* called us on 7/23/22 (Saturday) looking if we received her Fentanyl prescription from the doctor claiming the doctor mailed her prescription to the pharmacy on 7/20/22 and she was upset when we told her we hadn't received her script yet. She started cursing the pharmacist on duty s*n o* a b***h and m****r f****r. We actually received the mail on 7/26/22. We have a picture of the mail that's postmarked by **** on 7/22/22 as a proof, which means **** processed the mail on 7/22/22 (Friday) and there was no way the pharmacy would have received it by 7/23/22 (Saturday) in just 1 day. By the way, she got 15 days' supply on 7/15/22 and she wouldn't be due for it until 7/28/22. She still had her medication at least a weeks' worth on hand. There was no reason for her to curse a pharmacist on duty for not receiving her mail from the doctor when she expected. Also, due to her high morphine milligram equivalents (MME) per day, her insurance would need a prior authorization from her physician for her Fentanyl. CDC recommended MME is less than 90, while ********************* is at 480 MME. That's the reason why her insurance wouldn't allow her medicine without prior approval from the doctor. Due to COVID, a lot of medications are being backordered from wholesalers. The previous month, she had an option to fill her script at another pharmacy, but she decided to fill at our pharmacy and she agreed to take 15 patches. So, on 6/9/22, we dispensed 15 patches instead of 20 and we promptly called the MD office and got a prescription for the balance 5 patches and dispensed on 6/29/22. There is never a history on her profile filling her script on a Sunday as she mentioned in the complaint. Since she was so rude and nasty to the pharmacist who just got back to work after COVID, we decided to stop filling her prescriptions and told her we would send the prescription back to the doctor since it was a narcotic drug. We never used bad language to ********************* nor told her we would rip her prescription. We never refused to give her the pharmacist's name. She just made it up as she did with most of the stuff mentioned in the complaint.
