2/17/22. I went there to get eye glasses. I told him I don't wear glasses all the time only for reading .My insurance paid or was supposed to pay. I was told that if I want glasses I have to take the ones he chooses and not what I want. I was told that I had to take what he said or he wasn't giving me anything. Then rudely said "OK now get."Business response

Customer received an eye exam and selected glasses, because the patient has little or no vision in one of his eyes we are required by law to suggest polycarbonate lenses for safety reasons it was explained to him and since he did not want to pay above his insurance he refused. The optician asked him to sign that polycarbonate was suggested and refused. Patient got upset and nasty and basically left. Since he would not sign we did not completed the order in addition we have not billed his insurance. We prefer to not do business with this patient.
