I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Piccalino. Not only did they offer the best price on the wagon I ordered, it was delivered for free in less than 48 hours which is much faster than the manufacturers estimate. I called to verify the product was in stock and ****** helped me place my order over the phone to guarantee that my order would be picked and shipped immediately. I ordered a crib and dresser from them about 6 months ago. Today, I tried lowering the mattress as it is designed to and could not do it as one of the screws was stripped. I called them for assistance. One of their members showed up the same day, removed the screw, lowered it for us, and replaced the stripped s**** with a new one. If only all businesses would have service like this one!Review from Isabella M

I recently moved out of state and needed a new bed for my toddler. The best price for the bed that I loved was from this seller. I was hesitant to place an order due to these negative reviews and similar ones on social media. I needed to decide between ordering from **************** or Piccolino which Ive never heard of before. I emailed customer service with questions twice and received prompt responses both times. I decided I preferred to order directly from the small business and took the chance. It took only one business day for them to process my order and ship it out. I received my item in two days from NJ to TN. My husband put the bed together tonight and it is perfect. Im very happy with the purchase and my entire experience was positive. I would order from them again.
