      Untruthful put stuff out to sell they don't have I ordered coins on 8/25 from collectors alliance with 3-day shipping well 3 days has come and gone and I haven't gotten any of my coins but they have my money and shipping and handling for 3 days I'm ****** I've left voicemails I've sent messages and they will not return a message via email or anything I want my coins and I want my money back I paid for the shipping and handling for 3 days there's always a story or an excuse I will never do business with these people again my next step is to the attorney general's office

      This order that we received on 8/28 was shipped 3 day ***** on 9/5/24. There was an issue with the item and we had to rectify it prior to shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

      It is strange how a few of these companies work. There are a lot of typos in their adds, and certainly misleading wording. I have been collecting for a while now, and have bought lots of online deals. This interface does not support picture up loads, but I have 2 screen shots that either contradict what they are selling (bait and switch) or describe their product incorrectly. Once I called because I did not get what I expected, and the person I talked to said, 'you should have known that was too good to be true.' After she said that I did feel like it was my bad for a while because I did not know very much about coins back then. But after collecting for the last 2 years I know that I should expect what is advertised. This company has lost my business, and as I hold lots of starter coin collecting events, I will make sure others don't get ripped off either.

      I see that the customer has ordered three times off of our website. I do not see any returns or CSR orders against any of the orders. Unfortunately who ever the customer spoke to when he called in to our facility did not note their conversation on any of the orders. I wish I can give further information and sorry that your experience was not a pleasant one.

      I give this place one star because it does not get lower than that. I placed an order on 6/1 and the amount was debited on 6/3. On 6/5 there was a tracking number issued, but **** indicated that this was a pre-shipment label and they were awaiting the package. Now it is 6/25 and no change with ****. I keep getting the excuse from *************************** "Senior Account Executive" that the package is sitting over at the post office and this is their problem. I cannot believe that any package would sit over there for almost 3 weeks. Other complaints seem to echo my problem. How the heck can BBB give this "most trusted name in collecting" an A+ rating is beyond me. I would rather have my payment re-deposited in my account but that is not possible since my order " has been sent out". So, I am left high and dry. Never again will I deal with this company. Very shoddy customer relations.

      I am sorry to hear that you feel you are getting the run around. However **** was very clear with you that we had a pallet missing from **** and we were dealing with them directly. It was not until yesterday that they confirmed with us that they were indeed lost in their systems. We are working on sending out replacements/refunds for those items that were lost. Sorry for the troubles and we will make the situation right by refunding you.

      I got a quote to sell coins to Collectors Alliance an delivered the coins to there warehouse. was told I would get a purchase agreement in the mail never received it. called three days later, after several calls got the person who gave me the quote. When i Asked what the purchase agreement totaled because there were other coins involved was given a quote $1,000. less that what i was orginally told. Never received the purchase invoice.. After several days of trying to get the president.. ** finally answered the phone. When I tried to explane he started curing every other work out of his month was the ***** I said something I should not have said. But I would not deal with this company. As of the writing of this complaint I have not received any check. Which was suppost to be mailed out a week an a half ago. Now I am told it went out on Friday it is now Monday I will see if I get the check. I am hoping BBB can help. If not I will retain an Attorney.

      This person approached our company @ two years ago to sell us his coins. At that time we gave him a price. He refused the deal back then. He know approached us again to sell us his coins. The price that we gave him was lower then two years ago because the market on those coins has changed and the cost of them went down. He dropped off his coins @ ***** coins of which we had to go through every one of them. He was not promised a check on a specific date because we knew we had to verify what he had gave us. He then started calling our sales department cursing at everyone looking for his check. The controller spoke to him on Friday 6/3/22 and verified that the check had been mailed. He then called on Monday and spoke to the owner and *************************** started cursing at him after several minutes of the owner getting yelled at by him he started cursing back to him. At this point Mr *********** threatened to shoot him and all of our employees. The owner immediately called the ************************** to report this. When the ************************** got at our facility he called *************************** to confirm his intentions. At that time *************************** stated that he did threaten to shoot everyone at our facilities. At that time the *************** notified the local police department where *************************** lives and it is now under investigation. With everything listed out above you can see that Collectors Alliance lived up to their end of the deal, sent him the funds that he needed in less then 2 weeks from obtaining his coins. Threats of this nature are not tolerated by our Company and we will be following up with the police department on their investigation.

      NO STARS if I could. Stay away from them. Ordered coins, waited, waited, waited three+ weeks. Finally, I was about to go on vacation and couldn't risk delivery while gone. Called to cancel. Was told OK (with a tone in her voice) and I asked for an email confirmation. NO was the answer and she hung up on me. Luckily, I received the order ONE MONTH after placing it (and my card being charged) and thankfully a neighbor intercepted the package. I will NEVER do business wih them again. Don't make the mistake I made!!!
