      Buyer Beware A Truly Frustrating Experience!I gave this company every opportunity to resolve my issue before resorting to writing this review. Unfortunately, multiple defective printers and broken refund promises leave me no choice. Heres what happened:In August 2024, I purchased a printer from them, which arrived over a week later. Upon setup, I discovered the printer was locked with a security PIN that prevented me from networking it or changing any settings. After countless emails, they admitted the PIN had been changed from the default, and they had no way of retrieving it. I had to repack the printer and ship it back via ***** at my own inconvenience.They promised to send a replacement, which arrived a couple of weeks lateronly to discover that the second printer didnt even power on. Once again, I had to go through the hassle of repacking and sending it back. This time, I was assured a quick and full refund.That was over a month ago. Since then, all Ive received are excuses, and now ***** Revarb (CopyFaxes Sales Manager) has stopped responding entirely. Ive had to file a claim with my credit card company to try to get my money back.I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews, but CopyFaxes / Refurb Experts has earned every bit of this one. Save yourself the headacheshop elsewhere.

      customer placed his order ****** and was shipped, claimed order was defective, after tech support a replacement was sent and a label to return,, he claimed that the replacement did NOT power up, upon receiving back at our service center the printer powered up and was in excellent condition, (customer error) on 9-18 a full CM was issued however the owner had been out of the country and the credit was not issued, emails were sent to the customer letting him know that the owner will return after the holidays which has now ended, credit will be issued today in full.

      Disregard all verbal agreements. Unprofessional, not trustworthy has no respect Printer Rec'd in 3 weeks, not 2 days as agreed which caused many many lost jobs and money from clients.Agreed to help set up printer changed to cost was $99. (not happy)Sy took my phone call I explained that my brother printer keeps breaking down and causing a problem with my business, and we discussed the type of business which is a Notary. Sy began to say how well he understood my problem many notaries were calling for printers. So Sy spoke as if he knew exactly what was needed from my future printer. Oh, I have spoken to many Notaries, and I have the perfect printer that has all the functionality that is required for your business. and is so much better than a brother. i was skeptical during our talk but I was desperate and needed a printer by tomorrow or two days. I paid upfront on my credit card and was approved by me through the bank. Because of this reason I am stuck with this printer. The printer cost $800 with additional accessories added but not by me. Policy NO returns. Sy mentioned the printer was the last one in stock. So my decision took this into consideration My review can go on and on with the way i was mistreated, taken advantage of, and stuck with the printer it sits on the table not being used because I cannot set up the printer as needed. Copyfaxes.com Employees are not trustworthy, unprofessional, and not respectful to buyers they only want to make a buck and will say whatever you want to hear during the sale. If you are a notary Beware. I live in PA too far to travel to Brooklyn, ********. I've learned a huge ****** buy Brother not Sharp. Buy close to where you live and always check reviews before buying products from any business. how they are in business is beyond my comprehension. No reply is necessary

      this was purchased on Dec 21st 2021 and shipped Decemebr 22nd INV DTE ITEM BOX# TRACK#--------------------------------------------------12/22/21SHADXB352P 01 1Z007FE20376563639via ******** tracking shows delivery on December 27th the Monday after Xmas, so 3 week delivery is not accurate.in addition ******* did not set up her printer properly and we had tech support on the phone with her and she was set up and working properly when the service call was completed.In addition it has now been 7+ months and we have not heard from her since, I am not sure what her issue is ,however if she would like some support she has our number and we still help her in any way regardless of the INCORRECT information she includes in her review.Just an after note, this is the most popular printer we sell w/ an additional drawer for notaries, we have had no issues at all aside from some customers that did not set up properly and we have tech support to assist when needed.
