I tried to get an apartment through them and spent almost 1100 dollars for a down payment. I found a better deal and never claimed it, so I asked for a refund. Months passed and finally a check came. But the check could not be read. Ive been trying to reach them and they are ignoring me. All I want is the money I spent back.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to move to ************** in *****. They want to go up on rent but don't want to renovate. The older apartments should be looking someone like the other ones, the wood has to go. At least new cabinets and new floors. I feel like it contracts mold and termites. The apartments are infested with roaches even if you keep a clean home. They change property managers so much and also they take forever when you put a work order in. They don't give you any updates on those, you just have to keep calling and hope that they have put in your work order and will start on it soon. I believe my current apartment may have mold in it because it smells very moist every day I come home from work and I am currently 9 months pregnant. I don't want to break my least but in the safety of my baby, I may have to soon.

My fist apartment had the roof collapse on my daughter with black mold eventually enveloping her room. After a month we were moved to another apartment that had doors with holes in them that they never fixed despite telling us they would. To break my lease I had to pay almost 3k, and today they put me in collections for 50 dollars. They are predatory and their property managers steal and lie to their tenants.

Leaky roof for 2 years patch work done. September 30th new leak reported to property manager. October 30th sent second email to property manager no response. Today November 6th roof still leaking not repaired. I am a disabled senior this is a stressful situation.

Terrible company. Wouldnt recommend their properties at all. They have allowed my apartment to deteriorate due to ongoing water damage caused by their own negligence while renovating the unit above ours. Cant get ahold of corporate, cant get ahold of the front office, maintenance lies and then never fixes anything. Stay far away they pocket your money til you can no longer live in your apartment safely forcing you to move. They dont care about their residents nor do they even care about their jobs.

**************** is one of a kind. Beware ALL CONTRACTORS. She will attempt to degrade your work in order to not fulfill payment for services rendered. Close to completion **************** Herself, a property manager *******, & maintenance man ****** aka ***** walked the apartment and the only complaint at that time was that I put up a tile backsplash, k**** on the kitchen and bath cabinets, and tile on the a/c housing. Once it was told that those upgrades that were at no extra cost must be approved prior to, I acknowledged it. However she then started that there were things not done, which is correct in regards to (Materials) they were to provide materials and we were to Provide labor. That quickly wasnt the case. As soon as we started we had to provide materials to get the apartment completed adequately and in a timely manner. We did subfloors, sturdy up the foundation, paint entirely, hang cabinets, install sinks, redo door framesMoral of the story is DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH ***************** of Elon

The floater *** in *****************, ** is a pathological liar who steals packages off of apartment ******, he sleeps with tenants, he hangs out drinking( hes a raging alcoholic) with tenants until all hours of the night. A tenant had to set his car alarm off to get him and the tenants from hanging out near the laundry room. Pretty sure he even slept with one of the former property managers. Theres also a video of him knocking on a tenants door while he was wasted and saying maintenance, fire at 3am on New Years Eve. The ex property manager ***** has a video of him doing that. One of the ex property managers (***) squashed it so he wouldnt get into trouble. When working at ****** property h*** punch in at 8am and then go back to his apartment to sleep off his hangover until he punches out at 5pm . His co-worker wont go with him to Lowes or ********** because of his stealing. Just what you want an employee getting caught shoplifting while being the face of the company because hes wearing clothes with the company name on them. Hes dating a tenant right now. When he had his own business in ** he slept with his customers all while being in a live in relationship. Hes a liar, an alcoholic, a thief and an all around piece of c***

Elon is full of c*** An awful awful slumlord property. Lies, does not fix, repair, paint ,re-roof, clean trash, never in the office or answer the phone. Why should they care? Kicked people out during covid even!They aren't even on BBB. I live here and can't afford to get out!.. signed Depressed broke and gone crazy!!

************** in ******** **** is horrible. Open drug use in parking lots. Management notified numerous times and they do nothing even though this happens when property manager and maintenance is on duty. Shooting in early 2023, laundry room taken over by homeless people.

Elon Property Management is money hungry so called "quality living for the value. That makes you feel like home" corporation. They are "fee happy" with lease contract and move out. Property managers they hire will lie to your face while you catch them red handed. The apartment buildings are outdated and in horrible condition that can be considered health hazard for anyone living in these apartments. Black mold in these units and they tried to hide it with wallpaper. Then, they will not fix anything important within 24 hour period. I heard from other tenants about their issues: 1- water pipe busted and the tenant called the emergency number. They "claimed" they would send someone by on a Saturday but they didn't. The tenant was dealing with no water in the unit for four days! 2- Heating/cooling unit water pipe was leaking inside the tenant's unit and caused black mold issue. She kept requesting for them to get it fixed. The poor woman never had someone come over. They will use "bait switch" trick on apartments.com with freshly remodeled units it doesn't look like it when you see them in person. My former apartment building at animal hoarding situation from former tenant that caused *********** infestation in my old unit. They gave me two "inspections" within two week period because they refused to break the news to me so they can "try to hide" and see if the smell or the bug infestation came into my unit since they are shady business to deal with; I'm gonna say they were trying to pin it on me. Throughout that whole time; I am currently dealing with stage 4 cancer which living in a unit with roaches is major health risk. Get this; they knew about my cancer and didn't care while my Oncologist begged for me to get the heck out of there ASAP! I'm praying someone starts huge class action suit and brings this horrible company way down to bankruptcy.
