A horrible experience! The sales rep kept reaching out to me stating that the pricing for materials were going to increase so I should lock in the rate of the "proposal" so I digitally signed a "proposal". I did not commit to their company to the work at that time. I was looking to get a vinyl fence installed. The owner ****** called ******** said let's get your fence date of installation scheduled. At that time I was very transparent in telling me that I did not even have the money yet to have the fence installed, he said to me, that's okay, we'll schedule it tentatively & you can pay when you have the money. Seemed sketchy Also, the company had not seen my property in 3 years since the Pandemic. I took the initiative to say, your company has not seen my property in a few years, I would not feel comfortable having a fence installed without someone coming out prior to make sure everything is in working order etc. He said he'll sent someone out look at my proposed Fencing project but at this juncture I did not know when. About 2 weeks later, I get a call while I am not home from the company & the guy says he is there to check out my property and fence, etc. I did not know he coming on that day, I was not told that date. I give him permission to check out my existing fence etc to be replaced with a new fence. He calls me back and says the price is that same. I told him on the phone I wanted to think about it. I could not have been any more clear, I voiced my concerns about their negative reviews and that the cost was $2000 more than other Fencing companies that I received quotes from. I did not give permission to do the fence project nor did I pay any money at all towards a deposit. He sent me a new proposal THAT I DID NOT SIGN. A month later I received phone calls while I was busy at work that the Fencing contractors were at my house, they tore my fence down without me being home and without my permission. Avoid !! Office is unhelpful after work started. Workers dont show up till 11 am. Work is mediocre. No call back when asked for one . **** left a mess , not one bit of contact from who ever was the job manager asking if the work was ok. Any questions or concerns. I have a Gold Plan with them which covers all labor charges for any repair, and charges only for material used. When I got a leak, I called them for service. They used a small connector to fix a hole worth less then a dollar at *********** and billed me for $100. When I questioned this charge, and asked for the list of parts used, they refused to provide, saying that it was a hard job. Please stay away from this company! We got our sprinkler system installed in 2020 with the company and recently started having problems with our system. We winterize yearly with the company with an exception of last year as we had construction done to our home and we never turned on the sprinklers! I have permits, water bills and Tru Green ************ documents. ***** from the office says since you didnt get a winterization your warranty is void (5 Years warranty) without hearing out the situation. *** my account manager when I got the inital quotation for the system was on vacation and was going to call me back on July 5th, ***** calls back and says the *** said the same thing. If your the account manager atleast have the courtesy to call back, when I got the first quotation I got multiple followups. Please go to a more reputable company you can clearly see this companys reputation based on all the customer reviews!!Review from Delfina D.

While living @ my former residence in ******** ** I had my irrigation system activated by ************, Sprinkler and Fencing. The sprinkler system was activated on the agreed date of 3/24/22 and was prepaid on 2/18/22. On the day of the irrigation system activation it was discovered a sprinkler head was not operating correctly I agreed to the replacement of said sprinkler head and paid for the repair on 3/24/22, while the "turn on date was prepaid 2/18/22.When I notified ************, Sprinkler and Fencing of the fact that I was under contract to sell my home I was informed that I was entitled to a rebate and it would be prorated based on the fact I was relocating by 6/01/22, While at the closing of my former residence once signing took place I no longer owned the property therefore awaited from "** Best" the rebate spoken of. I then placed a follow up call and spoke with "******" as I had not received a check nor a phone call with regard to a rebate only to be told that I would not be receiving a rebate due to the fact that the contract was an annual contract for activation/deactivation. While the amount of money may or may not be deemed a great amount of money I was initially told it would be approximately $25.00. As a senior citizen the policy of "** Best"?? and communication to its' potential clients indeed warants further scrutiny.Review from Christopher C

Seriously I will save you time. Just find another company. I'll give you more details below, but honestly look at their reviews recently and look how many customers are unhappy. I'm honestly glad I'm not the only one. This is obviously a trend and how they do business.This is the type of company that I had to wait 6 weeks for the owner to call me despite 10+ phone calls and literally threatening legal action (I've NEVER had to take that approach with a company). I was told "I'm busy, I have X amount of customers" blah blah. The people answering the phone are constantly saying they are overworked, crazy busy, and frankly I don't blame them. When the owner FINALLY called me, he didn't make me feel any differently about the company or how they treat customers. I told him that I want to finish out my weed control that I prepaid for and not use them anymore. He said that's fine. ***************************************************************************** your cancellation so they sent someone to do the weed control without me knowing. I only noticed their little pesticide flag and called them immediately. I called them and said I was cancelled. They reply with "we will cancel you now, but you have to pay for the guy coming out". I said I want to talk to the owner. That night, they charged my credit card. How convenient. They wanted their money so they charged me. They didn't even TRY to make it right considering they treated my front lawn and 2 days later I ripped out my entire front yard for another project. IF YOU USE THEM, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.Review from Diane B

Not reliable, does not keep appointments as promised. When delays occur for whatever reason, an email is sent instead of a call and it's done at the end of the commited time frame.This has happened on several occasions. I would not recommend this company to anyone. **************
