Placed an online order. Company said there were items in my bags that were not. Company issued me a $8.00 credit for the items they did not give me however now this $8.00 is only valid for online orders. In order to place an online order you are charged $4.99 for pickup or ***** for shipping. They will not waive either for me so basically not providing me with my full refund. I called customer service and one employee was very rude and so I asked for a manager ( *****) who was even more rude than the first person. How can a customer service team be so unhelpful and angry? This complaint isn't directed so much at ShopRite of Lawnside but more of the customer service department.Business response
