Paid deposit in 8/5 for a 9/14 birthday party in the amount of $175. Called them several times and got no response. Went in person and they said they will reach out Wednesday before the party. When nobody reached out, I went in person the next day, the place was closed. Nobody was answering calls back. I reached their instagram page but again no response!! They didnt even call the day of the party to refund my deposit. Very unprofessional place!!! This caused us so much stress because we had to find another location in just one day!Initial Complaint

I reserved a party at the Slime Lounge Oxford Valley location on 7/11/24 for a party on 8/24/24. I deposited with my credit card the mandatory deposit of $150.00. On 7/26/24 at 2:30 pm, I received a call from Anna at Slime Lounge. She said there was a leak in the Oxford Valley location and that we needed to either change our party to the Quakerbridge location or we could cancel and get our deposit back. I asked to call her back. I was told I had until 7pm 7/26/24 to call back at that number. I called back at 5:05 and left a message. Anna called back at 5:17. I asked if we could have until Monday to decide, since my daughter (whose party it is) was with her grandmother for the weekend. She said yes, but said I couldn't call the same number, that I would have to call her boss, Maraisa. I took the number and called Maraisa on Monday. No answer. I left a voicemail. No response. I called the Quakerbridge number listed on the website, no answer no return calls after my voicemail. I called Anna's number again as well. I have called 3 different numbers for Slime Lounge and left multiple voicemails. I have not heard a word. I have also emailed the email listed on the sight *************************) and have tried to stop in the Quakerbridge location, but the gate was down during operating hours. I would just like my $150 deposit back and the reassurance that I won't be charged the remaining $221 after 8/24/24 (when the party was supposed to happen). Also, want to be sure that my credit card information is removed from their site. I had an account created when booking the party and now I cannot get into the account. When I ask for a password reset, I don't receive the email to do that. Also was able to create another account with the same email. I want my info out of their system. I understand that the deposit was originally nonrefundable, but I did not cancel the party and Anna told me that I could get my money back since this was out of my control.Initial Complaint

I had a birthday party here for my daughter and paid extra for photobooth set up and pictures. It is now 12 days later and I have not received my pictures. I have left several messages and emails and have yet to receive a response. Date of event: 5/18/2024 Issue: Paid for photobooth, never received pictures Actions taken: Called multiple times, messaged through website, emailed. Result requested: be sent my party's pictures or alternatively be refunded for the photobooth plus half the tip as now we have no pictures from the event.
